Placing these previews in a bit of speculative context:
Akira wakes up to Sana crawling on him. While "entertaining" her, Chika walks in. She storms off, and Sensei gets up to follow, only to bump into Ayane, who shoves him into a stall to service him. Chika has cooled down, and comes back to talk to Sensei, walking in on him with Ayane. She wanders off to sulk, where a very tired and satisfied Sensei finds her and talks to her, and he then wanders off to go bed....only to accidentally stumble into Yumi's bed.
Hilarity ensues.

And going from that to "Okay, let's boff"?

Considering that in the last update Akira asked Ami to sleep with him since he wouldn't be able to sleep alone, there's a good chance he really hasn't slept properly for a few days.

Io's suffering probably turned him on, but her being used was probably a turn off, as well, no matter how much he tried to convince himself otherwise throughout the Event. The milfs and Io being optional, may be for similar reasons. Of course, Io not "feeling" was also a turn off.
Overall: Whether or not Sensei actually fucks Io, he's getting hard and considering it, the more she talks about what happened to her and how it made her feel. Io and Sekai more or less hint at this:

With the previous scenes where we've theorized that Sekai has pushed Akira into doing more with a girl than he intended (with Yumi and Molly) you never actually get a choice — which, btw, I hated both times. Here you get a choice. And I hate that too.
I mean it makes for compelling storytelling and all. But...
