I guess that's my bad for reading the page from bottom to top after I refreshed it.The screenshots are further up the thread, it was Sel claiming stuff.

This is correct, all of the music is non-copyrighted public workI'm starting to think Sel actually hates the fans of his work. Also I thought the music in the game was public domain? I know his cheap ass didn't buy it.
Honestly I feel like an idiot for not investigating further on this. You need to contest this, because not a single song from the game belongs to him, and if this idiot wants to get technical, not even the REMIXES are his.
I swear to myself I will find you the original link to every single song if you need it.
According to the wiki, Sel only commissioned one song. It was the piano arrangement of Hallelujah. He does not own the rest.I think there was a couple of songs commissioned for the game? Or something like that anyway. But even then public domain stuff gets auto claimed all the time on YouTube so it might not have been Sel claiming stuff.
Not to mention a lot of the backgrounds in scenes are clearly made using the sims 4If I was Sel and my game was full of Koikatsu renders and stock images I probably did not pay for. I don't think I would be copyright striking people and risking pissing off the wrong guy that decides to take it to court because they have nothing better to do.
Internet archive is a good place to store your stuff, no matter what it is. So if youtube is taking down a playlist, you can just create account there(do make sure to use burner email) and just post playlist on archive. Sel will eat shit and die, before he manages to take down a playlist from archive and you can always repost it via a different account. So you can have 2 separate(make sure they are listed under different genres) playlist that contain same songs. Do not use any legitimate data though, only burners. You can then just drop a site reference here and watch the haters try to take down your playlist. Can you elaborate further on the internet archive? I do know the website but I'm not sure how uploading there will be beneficial to others.
Your channel was a very important archive and a memento for many people, I would encourage you to do your best to restore those videos if possible.Honestly I feel like an idiot for not investigating further on this.
It seems like just about anyone can make false copyright claims on Youtube. The video's owner can file a copyright counter notification that requires the issuer of a copyright strike to prove to YouTube that they've taken legal action against you. If the issuer of the strike fails to provide that proof to YouTube within ten business days, your struck video is restored and the strike is expunged from the channel.
Only problem is that I have to provide my personal information to Youtube.
People really vote for non sex stuff? Lame. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
I believe there are multiple reasons for this. Firstly, people hope Selebus can focus more on characters that haven't received attention in a long time and prioritize advancing the main story. Secondly, Sel's sex animations and CGs are honestly quite boring... The more I play, the more I feel that the hentai content is becoming the least enjoyable part of LiL for me (seriously).People really vote for non sex stuff? Lame.
I would also suggest not to dispute it, depending on how much of a shithead Sel decides to be, you could get into a lot of trouble. My friend disputed youtube decision to remove shitloads of arabic music and nasheeds from his channel, youtube most likely automatically informed about him to his provider and they in turn informed police and lots of problems started from there. Your case could be considered as "piracy" in European countries, so if you live there, then it is a risk, youtube will gladly fuck you over there. No idea about US, I doubt youtube will bother with laws of copyright and piracy there. So if you are in EU I would suggest not to risk, if in USA then it is up to youOnly problem is that I have to provide my personal information to Youtube.
Yeah, I'm surprised at how passionately some people are pushing for the worst part of LiL. The fact that Molly might be having sex soon is more interesting than the fact she might be using koikatsu_sexpose_doggystyle2The more I play, the more I feel that the hentai content is becoming the least enjoyable part of LiL for me
I live in SEA actually. And yeah, I can dispute it and Sel likely has no way of proving it back, but there's 2 problems:I would also suggest not to dispute it, depending on how much of a shithead Sel decides to be, you could get into a lot of trouble. I can provide it for you. Actually, I might restore the original videos for a limited time so I can archive them. I wasn't aware of the wiki when I was searching for the source of the music, and a commenter helped me with that. He said he would open my videos in a private tab and used Youtube's recommendations to find the original video.butterfly boy did you use anything but the wiki to find the original videos? I'm trying to think of the easiest way to get the links you had in your descriptions.
I still have every video saved. How should I upload it?Your channel was a very important archive and a memento for many people, I would encourage you to do your best to restore those videos if possible.
If you can't, I'd at least want to ask you if you had the original videos saved anywhere so I could make a new channel and upload them myself.
See, that's the part you got wrong..If I was Sel. I don't think I would be copyright striking people .
SEA? Chances of you being a muslim in that case is 30 to 70, so assalamualaikum to a possible brother in faith just in case. I written about internet archive above my comment to which you replied, do that, it will take about 10-15 minutes at most of your time and even if you get your channel taken down on youtube again, archive will still store the playlist, so you wont have to worry about losing your original playlist, you can also create email on mail.ru and store about 10 gb of shit in their cloud. That is in case Sel(or one of his many dicksuckers) does not let up. Good luck. Your playlist is(IS, not was) a great stuffI live in SEA actually. And yeah, I can dispute it and Sel likely has no way of proving it back, but there's 2 problems:

There are commissioned songs in the game yes and due to licensing restrictions for some, they can't be reposted freely.I think there was a couple of songs commissioned for the game? Or something like that anyway. But even then public domain stuff gets auto claimed all the time on YouTube so it might not have been Sel claiming stuff.
The same thing happens in real life: Male teacher + female student = "He's a monster"; Female teacher + male student = "Man, what a lucky kid he is".That's a fair point. But I'd wager that there is a reason those are overlooked and that wizard Yumi cumming on Akira's adult penis won't.
Maybe that's just me, but Sekai either giving shota Akira a handjob or oral was too much of a molestation power dynamic there for me to even consider it "sex" (in a positive sort of way). My brain probably just put it into the very uncomfortable folder and tries to ignore it. If Selebus chooses to make Yumi sex uncomfortable that'd really be an "interesting" approach, to say the least. Not impossible given how he approached the Rin x Sana sex though (by making fun of subscribers during it).
The minute Sel mentions Lessons in Love is no longer shadow banned on itch.io and the game is having its best day in terms of foot traffic, the site goes down. God speed itch.io servers.
The reason for this new traffic, no doubt, is that he finally listened to the wisdom of our brother-in-Christ Yggdrasil_Frahma and started posting again to his itch.io development log.ATTENTION SELEBUS: I am contacting you indirectly by radio frequency so the damn Reds don't pick up on our transmissions. Here's the scoop: just tried recommending Lessons in Love to someone and they said they wouldn't play a game that hasn't updated in over a year. I say what the hell, Lessons in Love has the best-damn release schedule ever seen among wegs and got an update just a couple days ago in fact. They say check the itch.io page, game's dead Jim. Hell's bells, fine, I do. And using quick wits I determine the problem.

Bzzrt... You still on? You gotta post new development logs, man, even if you don't include anything but a download link. I don't know all the nuances here but I can't imagine there's any red tape here. You're losin' readers!
