There is not. Pursuing all main characters except Ami is mandatory.

Regarding the endings (As I haven't touched on them in a while and there are a lot of new people now), the structure of this game is as follows:

Harem Route (You are here) | Dark Route | Purity Routes (Endings) | True End

The harem route will lead into the dark route no matter what. There will be no true harem ending.
The dark route will end with the option to pursue a purity route for any character in the game.
Purity routes will come out one at a time and add a load of new content for whichever girl you choose. The order these will come out in will likely be chosen at random.
Finishing one purity route will give you the option to start a new game directly from where you choose who to pursue so you won't have to play the game all over again just to get there.
The true end of the game will unlock only after all of the purity routes have been completed.

I'm still trying to catch up before posting more, but I just had that Rin / Chika event and it was just too cute not to say anything. I swear I'm never ever going to touch Chika unless the game forces me to. I just want those two to get together and be happy, dammit.

And I care way more about Rin's mental well-being than I do about adding more girls to my harem.

You are not alone. I was originally a bad homie due to the order events came out. I tried to keep playing my bad homie save along with a good homie save to see how they were different, but it was just too painful. Good job being a good homie. It really hurts to betray her.

When you get to Haruka's event where you can pick what name she calls you during sex, pick Rin. You can roll back afterward, but the scene that plays from that is great. (Really all the unique reaction names for Haruka are great, but that ones my favorite.)

Yeah, I've done that. I've tried all the nicknames from the wiki for all the characters that I've been able to so far.

Then right after that Maya goes running to save a watermelon from being smashed and Molly is confused. Then Sensei says that Molly must not know about her love for watermelons, and explains it.
