I see it as a combination of two things:

1. When someone is called rabid as an adjective, they can be considered "irrationally extreme in opinion or practice"

2. Chika did that hot as fuck wolf/dog cosplay, who are common carriers of rabies

I definitely think it'll be Chika losing her mind somehow about the Yumi/Akira situation... But I also know Sel likes to break longer, continuous scenes into multiple "events" so I don't know how long or in-depth this event really will get.

The URM can fix your problem without you needing to restart. Once applied, you can type the variable 'futabalust15' into the search bar and set it to True. Make sure to set 'futabalust15skip' to False as well. The event will unlock and you can watch it in the replay.
