Well adjusted I'd probably go for Ayane honestly, really has her shit together and matures a lot over the story,
"Normal" would have to be Rin / Otoha IMO, two teenagers doing dumb love stuff.
Least fucked up should be it's own category and I don't even know who to put here, maybe Touka? She's getting groomed obviously but everything else is reasonably normal, she's not too weird, doesn't have any wild shit going on either.
Ofc im ignoring side chrs cause they'd win all categories in a boring way.

Otoha has pretty conservative parents and slapped Rin due to stress IIRC
Ayane's mother left her and her father doesn't care about her in the slightest
Rin literally cuts herself and suffers from depression
Touka is (likely) getting groomed by her mother
Karin/Kaori are side characters (my bad for not clarifying)
It's probably just me not having explained what I meant very well but I mean the most normal girl with normal circumstances? I guess that IS Otoha..? I don't really consider her slapping her girlfriend in anger to be normal, and maybe that's something she's learned from her parents (speculation) but compared to everyone else? Hmm

Then the answer you would be looking for is Futaba or Tsuneyo (maybe). Other than the body dysmorphia, eating disorder and not being happy with her size. Which for some girls her age is pretty common, Futaba is pretty normal. Unless you count her creaming her pants whenever Legolas comes on the screen.

Dude, this Otoha line is the most normal fucking thing ever.
Broken marriages and absent parents are also very common.
Depression is at an all time high, I've met many people who've self harmed.
Touka hasn't suffered the consequences of the grooming yet and that's why I said she was the "least fucked up", cause atm she is.

I think not everyone has the same definition of "normal". I'm guessing for you it means "least amount of shitty stuff happening to them", but realistically a ton of teenagers (if not most) went through tough times, so "normal" is not being normal here
