Touka has some very real problems, she's just fully aware of them and managing them appropriately.

Her future isn't her own, she is trapped by the Tsukioka legacy, and ultimately, the husband assigned to her (inevitably the son of a high-level manager at her father's company) will be adopted formally as a Tsukioka and he'll be the one to inherit the company. She'll never be the CEO. She'll transition from CEO's Daughter to CEO's Wife and take over the Foundation, because that's the woman's role.

This is precisely why Tsubasa is nudging her to have a wild streak now, because Tsubasa didn't, and has to live with that regret, so now she's trying to experience it vicariously through her elder daughter.

This also means that it's very likely this will create some real issues with Touka's mental health in her adult life, but those won't likely manifest until after she's married.

Hi guys
I spent an entire day collecting almost every tier list posted on this forum — in total, I found 47 unique lists. Based on them, I calculated an overall popularity rating for each girl in the game.
So, here is the ranking of the most popular characters according to the members of the f95 forum:

Amazing! Also interesting — I think some of the faces in the top ten surprised me.

(I’m afraid my tier lists probably skewed your data a bit. Sorry! :ROFLMAO:)

I’d be curious to look at trends over time — Nodoka and Ami’s rankings, for example, have certainly changed over the last two years as their characters transformed.

Envision this scenario:

Sana instead had a sister that died at a young age (thus perpetually frozen at that age), and you find out that her name was Loli. Then, in the scene that Loli is revealed, she suddenly morphs into a lolicon version of Niki or something - and Sana starts hitting on her (because when else would she have that chance).

While it certainly fits with your commentary perspective, given how much on the nose it is, I personally didn't like. And I think that Selebus should either have gone full commentary on the nature of shotacon (which he did on the Otoha FanFest thing), or simply have revealed Shota's name in a less iconic manner.
Fair.

I didn’t have that reaction (I was aware of Shota as a name before I heard of it as a kink), but I get your response.

As others have pointed out, your analogy wasn’t perfect, because if there’s a less Japanese name than Loli, I can’t think of it. But your point stands.

It’s funny: in one of my own pieces of writing (set in Japan), I had this big, gruff male antagonist. Thinking it would be funny, I gave him a perfectly normal Japanese name: Kawaii.

Pissed off one of my beta readers — like you, it took her out of the story. So I changed it.

Download and follow the puzzle guide if u're stuck in future puzzles.
Go to shrine until the option appears to go to school.
Then go to school.

Bonus Event: go to the Soccer field to see a happy event. You will miss it if u don't visit before going to school.

As it has been pointed out, you should download the guide mod. From there, always follow the hints for triggering the next event. In terms of puzzles, there is a puzzle guide in the first page, which is a simple text file that you can follow (puzzles only happen twice per chapter).

We can help individually with problems, but you have to provide us with details: most importantly the event's name, or sufficient details (like what's happening or who said what) so that we can infer it.

Welcome to "Who Said This" *Pervert Edition*

The rules are simple, match the quote to the person in the H-Scene. Score anything less than an 8/10 and you'll be spit- roasted by two buff dudes. And if you're into that and purposely fail, you'll be subjected to light genital torture. If you purposely fail again, I dunno go see a therapist...you're a masochist of the extreme variety and you need help. Good Luck!

How'd you do? Are you gonna look like a pig at a luau? Did you pass with flying colors?

If you really wanna know it's Chika and Rin, I dunno if you want to know more than that or how far in you are.

I can't remember the name of the event off the top of my head but it's towards well into chapter 4

Just got to Sensei-Quest and to whoever made URM, I must say "May God bless your day." That part is literally unplayable and serves only as a pointless mocking to grinding games and their players (That is, LiL and us). I can suffer weird puzzles and quiz but I will never stoop to that. Even grinding affection has many flavour texts.

I'm not.

Sel is a weeb, he knows Japanese culture, and cites Persona as a major influence on the game. Thus, he knows the cultural context of Haru's story -- the heiress with no brothers will not inherit the company or the family fortune, her husband will, and the husband will be chosen based on business acumen, not compatibility with the daughter.

Her eventual husband will be Mukoyoshi, and in Japan, it's common practice in family-owned businesses when there is no male heir.

The only difference between Haru and Touka's situation is that Touka hasn't met her eventual husband yet, so she still has a chance that it will be a decent person and not a violent abuser like Haru got paired with.

Daughters of wealthy Japanese families are commodities who are granted very little agency in their lives. We see this more in Tsukasa's story (who's painfully aware that she's The Spare and will only be truly valued at all if her sister dies before marriage), but it's still present in Touka's story. She's just managing it better than her sister (so far).

That's not the only difference, though.

Yeah, whoever she winds up with will probably become head of the household so that aspect probably applies but we already know that due to the circumstances created by Kumon-mi being isolated both Touka and Tsukasa have been expressly allowed to choose their own husbands based on love and not station. They're not having arranged marriages.

That's all well and good and I'm totally on board with Touka being inspired by Haru, but I feel the story is telling us directly that Touka's story is branching away from that. From the words of the event that NikLid posted, Touka feels that this isn't her current fate and she's kinda right. With the state Kumonmi being effectively blocked off from the outside world, the status quo is out of wack and therefore the inheritance of her family assets are kind of in limbo. This is also before considering the whole Reset as part of the equation (which may or may not be linked to the isolation of the city.)

I do agree that Tsubasa seems to be nudging her to be more free-spirited and there's a possibility of this stemming from a feeling of past regret, but it's also been heavily impied that Tsubasa HAS has been up to some wild stuff in the past.

I too think that you might be exaggerating the problem a bit even though your points are still relevant. I feel you might be extrapolating a bit too much of Haru's story and attributing it to Touka directly when their circumstances aren't 1:1.

I did it without URM twice, thank GOD I had it for the third time.
Also I just got my green save caught up and I have a question.

During the Ami + Nodoka threesome Ami makes mention that at least five of the class would watch Sensei and Ami go at it while touching themselves.

Now I have a pretty strong suspicion that she knows this due to the resets and that Maya is one of these who would, but who might the others be?
