Yeah there's a lot of hypocrites playing. But there was an unmissable h-scene between shota-sensei and Sekai

I am still on this forum, just inactive. Originally I did want to post about the entire copyright strikes on to this forum, but decided not to because there isn't a lot of interest for the playlist.Did Sel take down the guy who posted LiL ost in youtube? Seems like the channel is down, doubt it was done by publishers since the music is free, if the channels author is someone in this forum, I would suggest you post your whole playlist into internet archive. I usually post songs and nasheeds that are hard to find into archive, so it will work on your playlist too, since youtube is censor happy
That's a fair point. But I'd wager that there is a reason those are overlooked and that wizard Yumi cumming on Akira's adult penis won't.But there was an unmissable h-scene between shota-sensei and Sekai
Double post cause I'm saddened by this. I'm assuming your videos were of the playlist that had the Wires smile on the thumbnail. Otherwise it would mean multiple channels got struck.I am still on this forum, just inactive. Well I don't like the sound of dark route... 20-30 is a lot. Some main girls don't even have 30 in 4 chapters and I imagine it will get a bit stressful not being able to see the character you like. I for one would dread sitting through Futaba's events while Yumi's, Touka's and Maya's are right around the cornerYou're close enough to current content for it to not be a plot spoiler at this point. Sel has shared vague plans about the upcoming chapters. We're in the harem route right now which is going to be the largest part of the game where supposedly everyone in the character screens will have been lewded before we then go to the dark route for a few months where the rules change. Then after that it's the purity routes, where every character will get like 20-30 or so events focused on them like a VN route. That's probably where your suggestion is going to end up.
(and then after the purity routes, we get the true ending)
You need to contest this, because not a single song from the game belongs to him, and if this idiot wants to get technical, not even the REMIXES are his.I am still on this forum, just inactive. Yes, every single take down request on my videos was from Selebus. Both on videos with his edited ("happy") music, and videos with original music. I'm not sure exactly what the copyrighted material was (either the background or the music), I don't really understand copyright law, but Selebus must have gone through some hoops to register content within my videos as copyrighted just so he can take them down. My first videos were uploaded on 16/7/2023, the first take down wave came on 30/9/2024 and the second was just a few days ago.

Can you elaborate further on the internet archive? I do know the website but I'm not sure how uploading there will be beneficial to others.
Edit:
It seems like he is trying to make it impossible to upload certain songs from the game. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
I'm starting to think Sel actually hates the fans of his work. Also I thought the music in the game was public domain? I know his cheap ass didn't buy it.Double post cause I'm saddened by this. Selebus really is his own worst enemy. What exactly is he even losing by having these videos on youtube? It just further feeds people talking about his game. So many moronic decisions all the time. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
I'd be more worried about the current DRM getting people because he hasn't touched it in years, but is probably going to use the same menu to load it. So players load content freely downloadable from the website and BOOM saves corrupted.Edit: we most certainly should watch out for drm though, I agree. It would be moronic for Selebus not to try it again. Although that will probably come after LiLfest is finished, since, from my understanding it will all be free during it.
I'm pretty sure had most of the original links in the description too.You need to contest this, because not a single song from the game belongs to him, and if this idiot wants to get technical, not even the REMIXES are his.
I swear to myself I will find you the original link to every single song if you need it.
I think there was a couple of songs commissioned for the game? Or something like that anyway. But even then public domain stuff gets auto claimed all the time on YouTube so it might not have been Sel claiming stuff.I'm starting to think Sel actually hates the fans of his work. Also I thought the music in the game was public domain? I know his cheap ass didn't buy it.
The screenshots are further up the thread, it was Sel claiming stuff.I think there was a couple of songs commissioned for the game? Or something like that anyway. But even then public domain stuff gets auto claimed all the time on YouTube so it might not have been Sel claiming stuff.
I guess that's my bad for reading the page from bottom to top after I refreshed it.The screenshots are further up the thread, it was Sel claiming stuff.
This is correct, all of the music is non-copyrighted public workI'm starting to think Sel actually hates the fans of his work. Also I thought the music in the game was public domain? I know his cheap ass didn't buy it.
Honestly I feel like an idiot for not investigating further on this. You need to contest this, because not a single song from the game belongs to him, and if this idiot wants to get technical, not even the REMIXES are his.

According to the wiki, Sel only commissioned one song. It was the piano arrangement of Hallelujah. He does not own the rest.I think there was a couple of songs commissioned for the game? Or something like that anyway. But even then public domain stuff gets auto claimed all the time on YouTube so it might not have been Sel claiming stuff.
Not to mention a lot of the backgrounds in scenes are clearly made using the sims 4If I was Sel and my game was full of Koikatsu renders and stock images I probably did not pay for. I don't think I would be copyright striking people and risking pissing off the wrong guy that decides to take it to court because they have nothing better to do.
Internet archive is a good place to store your stuff, no matter what it is. So if youtube is taking down a playlist, you can just create account there(do make sure to use burner email) and just post playlist on archive. Sel will eat shit and die, before he manages to take down a playlist from archive and you can always repost it via a different account. So you can have 2 separate(make sure they are listed under different genres) playlist that contain same songs. Do not use any legitimate data though, only burners. You can then just drop a site reference here and watch the haters try to take down your playlist. Can you elaborate further on the internet archive? I do know the website but I'm not sure how uploading there will be beneficial to others.
Your channel was a very important archive and a memento for many people, I would encourage you to do your best to restore those videos if possible.Honestly I feel like an idiot for not investigating further on this.
It seems like just about anyone can make false copyright claims on Youtube. The video's owner can file a copyright counter notification that requires the issuer of a copyright strike to prove to YouTube that they've taken legal action against you. If the issuer of the strike fails to provide that proof to YouTube within ten business days, your struck video is restored and the strike is expunged from the channel.
Only problem is that I have to provide my personal information to Youtube.
