It's enabled if you have care packages installed or the autovn mod.
If you want to make more and send them to me, I'm happy to update the zip.
In game/screens.rpy, change line 578 from
add gui.main_menu_backgroundto
add persistent.main_menu_image or gui.main_menu_backgroundUnfortunately this file gets overwritten in update patches so you'll have to change it each time.

Actually, i should say, even though i'm begging for just one example, it would be awesome if everyone who likes fucking around in KK would make a pocket Io, we could have a whole collection of them, you get one, and you get one, pocket Io's for everyone! Maybe even a whole collection of pocket girls!

Hear me out.
Gulliver's Travels, the Liliput scene, but all the Liliputians (Loliputians?) are Yumis. So Akira's tied down, but not in a sexy way, and there's just a bunch of Yumi's harassing him.
Bonus points if some of them are Catgirl Yumis from the reset.
Zero points if there are any clown Yumis.

I'm new to this game. The front page here lists a ton of mods as well as a number of "care packages". Provided links tell us all we need to know about the mods, but there isn't a single word on what a care package is, how to know if you might want to use one, or how to use one. Can somebody please share that information here? Also, is it possible for a mod or somebody to fix the front page so this isn't left a mystery?

Care Packages are similar to DVD bonus content -- non-canon animations, commentary on specific scenes, etc. I advise against using them -- some of them have DRM attached to them that will delete your saves. If you're curious about the content, download them, but don't install them to the game, just go into the file structure and view the animations that way.

Any chance you could make some sort of file that doesn't get fucked and does the same thing? Either that or is just excluding new screens.rpy files okay to do?

It takes a bit more renpy knowledge to do something like that, make code that injects itself into the game instead of redirecting what's already in the game. Doubly so if you then want to try and share the same menus
