Noriko actually didn't know about Io:Well, I guess for me the whole thing rang false. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
After I started it and realized what Nodoka was up to, I had to walk away for a week. Came back and was able to enjoy the pure fan-service of it. But in the flow of the game? Nope.
Huh. I had a very clear memory of someone laying into Nono-chan about what she’d done. Though it was Noriko. (Uta. Checked.)Noriko actually didn't know about Io:I'm not sure if she does yet.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Besides Noriko and Uta, (and probably Karin, and Touka), I don't think any of the girls would have cared that much, though. Io isn't exactly popular, and these girls aren't exactly the most caring or considerate (for the most part), either.
However, I do agree that from the player's pov, it was tonal whiplash for most. Chapter 4 has been full of that.
Yasu probably said something about her parents. A worse probality is Yasu said something FROM her parents. To make up for my April Fools Joke. Here's the real preview...

I can relate to that. But I don't think Nodokathon is merely a fan-service. Nodoka elaborated her intention in detail here.Well, I guess for me the whole thing rang false. You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that it was out of character move for Nodoka, more that it makes zero sense why the girls (besides Kirin) would go to her Nodokathon after witnessing what just happened immediately before.I can relate to that. But I don't think Nodokathon is merely a fan-service. Nodoka elaborated her intention in detail here.
As in, she's trying to "break character and shell of everything" to save everyone from given inertia and inanity. I believe in Chandler's Law she talked about same thing. Nodokathon is no exception, all part of her experiment to find more intriguing aspects of character to help her understand and distort the world. It might seem to be selfish as always, but before Futaba, I don't she has ever taught to have a self. She's just trying to break artificiality perceived and taught by her mother who unfortunately the sole comfort she had in childhood. And, I repeat again, she's not vile. It's a matter of perspectiveYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

Truth be told, I apologize beforehand if it sounds too terrible but LiL is a terrible game in every sense of the word, don't you think it's awesome to shatter Io's facade into pieces before everyone else using logical intelligence? There is something extremely gross yet utmostly beautiful in cruelly revealing and exposing truth and scars. Like This Town Has Two Halves. It's better to keep that a speculative thought, though. Don't do harm. Life is not a game, which is exactly the problem Nodoka has, warranted or not.
That.I don’t think anyone is arguing that it was out of character move for Nodoka, more that it makes zero sense why the girls (besides Kirin) would go to her Nodokathon after witnessing what just happened immediately before.
Damn i thought the Lilcord/donors would choose the ones at the matches but Sel would do it himself, this is even worst than i expected.IIRC, the LiLcord/those who donate to Sel will choose the winner in each category, so even if your predictions are correct, we don’t know if the LiLcord members share the same opinion.

Narratively? Of course it isn't fanservice. Metanarratively? Of course it IS fanservice. That said.I can relate to that. But I don't think Nodokathon is merely a fan-service. Nodoka elaborated her intention in detail here.

Some insights in the scene commentaries but nothing earth shattering iirc. You can search for the people who did walls of text about it.Was there any canon or plot relevant info in the fanfest? I didn't bother with any of it so I thought I'd ask. I know Otoha has basically been confirmed as a shotacon but we already knew that.
