The text says it doesn't have to be an AI-generated image, just qualify with the definition of obscene (by Section 43.21(a)(1)(B)). I do agree it's just gonna be used to just pressure sites that don't comply, kinda like how half of the DLsite non-AI 18+ pages are inaccessible from outside Japan, before it gets struck down like other american laws (who knows, tho, remember that the Comics Code Authority was a thing for a while there).
That said, would LiL qualify as an offense if it does happen?
True but i believe enforcement beyond AI is likely to be rare and may not hold up in court if challenged under free speech protections.

Now to get back to the game. You all are predicting a crash-out at the beach due to the orgy, but what do you think will happen if you don't go? I can't see the events going too far in different directions.

Akira doesn't even know Sara saw anything. He was invited to an orgy and participated. Ayane's gonna try and hide it as best she can.

He's definitely due a crashout at the beach.
I know this is probably gonna happen, but why would Ayane think this? It's gonna be so much worse for everyone when Akira gets blindsided by all this.

We can agree that Akira will obviously be caught off guard about this and yes, his mind will be much worse because of it, he made it very clear to Nodoka that he didn't want anyone to get hurt because of this, whether physically or mentally, honestly, I feel like by the end of chapter 4, Akira will have tried to kill himself a few more times, the first time he was saved by Yumi, but who will save him next time? I feel like it's pretty obvious that he'll try this a few more times in this chapter.

I think she thinks that doing it now will make it less worse than when he finds out in the future, I think she doesn't understand that it will actually be 5x worse when he finds out in the future.

kind of a hot take but I'm getting tired of Akira. I'd like him to do something. I get that one of this main things is to be adrift since, well, he never had a structured will of his own in the first place because of Sekai. But c'mon, isn't it time?

Remember when he went out cursing the gods and Sekai and saying he'd do anything to get them out of his head to be with Maya in "deliver you unto the fireflies"? Remember him trying to be "less bad" during the end of chapter 3? I'm tired of Akira just being passive to everything (most of all during the last christmas with the gnomes).

Mirroring what Riolol said, at the very least in the grooming days he was moved by "let's get the girls". Nowadays it's a continuous "what will the girls do to him today". I'm not saying I expect him to wake up one day and be like "okay, fuck this, I'll find a way to get Maya back by blowing up New Hope church, and kicking down the door on Tojo's second floor, and I'll dig up Sekai's bones, salt them and burn them".

But, you know, something.

I think Sekai is missing the cool hat to be Freddy Krueger. Other than that, he's not really out of his sadboi phase at all, I wonder what's gonna actually get him out of that. He's been going in autopilot (heh) for almost the entirety of chapter 4, which I guess is why his unsettling (goofy?) face has been appearing more.

I understand perfectly well, I genuinely hope this happens soon, like, everything is building up to this happening, but like, we're going to have more long years with LIL and I genuinely hope we don't have to wait until the beginning of chapter 5 to see Akira finally moving against the gods, I at least hope that this end of the year will be the development for him to go against the gods, he's already much more aware of them. He knows how to kill them, and now he can keep his memory of them intact without losing them anymore, a lot of things were slowly preparing him to go against the gods.

The main problem is that selly focusing much more on the girls now and not on the gods, and that's the problem, because until we get out of this it will take a while, I feel like Selly should go back to focusing more on this before it gets more boring than it already is, this complete focus on the girls, like, even this Nodoka thing that was supposed to involve the gods, was more focused on the girls than on the gods.

He somehow talks to Maya prime or some version of her that actually resembles her completely, he thinks she's dead, he doesn't have much faith that he can bring her back, that's why he's still in this shit, and adding how the girls are currently, it's only making it worse, maybe in the next Maya events and in the Beach event, we'll be able to see a greater development for him, taking him out of this.

Not really a hot take at all; I doubt anyone would disagree with you unless Sel secretly joins the conversation.

I think as a character Akira is the most hurt by the game's expanded cast. If he was only waiting for 20 other characters to reach the right spots before making his own developments, his depression arc would be a bit more bearable.

Akira was able to "dispel" Sekai for the first time last update, that imo is som significant internal development, but his inability/hesitance to exert himself on those around him without someone else telling him to/guiding him is getting old now. With Maya Prime's death also comes a sort of death of discovery; a lack of metaphysical discussion between the characters about their shared situation outside of reset time. As the one with the most reset experience he could offer more input during the discussions that are had, and spur sperate conversations that aren't, but it's like he's completely disinterested now in the existential crapshoot that he and those who he "loves" have found themselves in, which is not only very self-centered and short sighted, but also pathetic. He's admitted to himself and others that he loves some if not all of his people, yet he spares no interest in their fate, instead accepting that the world resets are eternal. But if they are eternal, any one of those he loves could be reset themselves at any time, like Maya Prime. Ultimately this is getting unsatisfying to watch, while an understandable display of apathy during his "depression arc," he's lost the "sadboy" variable or whatever it was called for a couple of updates now.

Just to throw this out there; Sensei technically isn't as aimless as he has been.

Current Sensei is prioritizing Ami:

He's in his "trying to be a dad" phase, and is basically using her as his excuse to live, at the moment.

Of course, he's half-assing everything and it's probably 8+(million+?) years too late, but this does seem to be where Sensei is at currently.

Recently, his prioritizing of Ami can result in either no Nodokathon, or Ami beating Ayane in a landslide during their contest. Even sexually, Ami might be prioritized in his mind lately:

Whether he's actually fucking her or not, based off Futaba's Event, where he imagined Ami no matter her path.

Don't get me wrong, he's still the pushover that he's always been, but he does have a goal, now: To be there for Ami. Whether he actually can or actually will be, when it counts, remains to be seen.
