So... I went to the shire... THE FUCK?!?!
I was here for a fun little harem romp, not to be genuinely creeped out.
Is shit like this hidden everywhere in the game? Can it be avoided?
If not, fuck this.

who plays a game without at least reading the synopsis
retards that is who
probably some idiot who rated the game 1/5 too because it doesnt cater to HIS specific fetish
wait it DOES?
I must have forgot that entirely because I remember sensei just not knowing who he is and finding himself in a supposedly different body but not recalling what his previous body was like. seemed really amnesia-y to me

Ok, fuck it i need help. I've more or less did everyone's events except for chika's "schadenfreude" (Because i don't want to be a bad homie) and what follows and Karin's "if only". But now i can't trigger this update's main events "The value of sharing" and ff.
Would really appreciate a point to the right direction. I really love the story and... Well reading this novel indeed feels like lessons in love.

To be fair, there are multiple games that start with the main/a major character committing suicide that aren't horror games (Zanki Zero being the first one that comes to my mind). I also didn't realize this was a horror game at first. But the content warning wasn't in when I started playing (thank you again for adding that Selebus).
People are probably just skipping through the warnings without reading them, just like the rest of the text for some odd reason.
Progress no matter small is still progress and slowly but surely our Protagonists is... Becoming more human in a way that's painfully relatable in context with Fatalistic Nihilism, Our Protagonist Is indeed a piece of shit but he's slowly learning to "love".
Still could i bother you for your perspective of "There is something buried underneath your feet"?
Edit:Koume above, i might have a heart attack with how irresistably cute Sana is... Jesus fucking christ on a windmill.
HOPE. HOPE is buried beneath our feet.
I'm HOPEing that this is (at least partially) metaphorical. As in MC's hope had died, and was buried 6 feet underground. Immediately after HOPE stops talking in Happy Event 9, we're placed at Ami's parent's grave, possibly forcing the symbolism more. It's now rising up as he becomes less of a self-centered ass and learns, slowly, to love.
Maybe. I don't know. I generally don't think much about this stuff until we have all the info we can get.

I see... Funny, i'm actually seeing said happy scene now and with your insight it makes a lot of sense, Our protagonist's eyes are one of despair and no hope. God is HOPE and HOPE is god, and now i wonder what will happen once HOPE does ries.
Thank you for the much needed perspective, Ankoku comrade.
Yeah I mistakenly just looked at screenshots and glazed over the synopsis because alot of these porn games "plot" is very samey.
Added to that I was continuing a save from a long time ago, so I completely forgot it opened with MC's suicide and didn't remember anything beyond "Oh so this is the one where you're isekied into being a teacher"
So when I got home from a very long day to play a cute harem game with adorable waifus and end the night on a "happy" note... I felt completely blasted out of left field with the horror elements!
So yeah. My apologies for the somewhat angry tirade. I won't bother you guy's with my opinions on it as its obviously just a "not for me" game, the only thing I would so is maybe make the "This is a horror game containing content designed to creep you out" a bit bolder/bigger/standout like so maybe?
Sorry to cause such a fuss, good luck with your game.

Thank you for going over your comments again with a clear head and apologizing.
I'm not sure if this was there when you first started playing, as you said you used an older save, but now the game starts with this nice, big, unskipable warning.
I understand not being into the horror aspect, but the story and characters really are great; and the porn isn't half bad either. I do suggest giving it a try knowing that the story actually matters in this one and being prepared for the creepier parts.

I always just saw it as a dungeon crawler with a fucked up story, but looking at the steam genre tags, yup, people do consider it horror. How about Persona 3? Technically she doesn't pull the trigger, but Yukari does have a gun to her head and starts pulling the trigger in the opening before dropping it.
