For the love of Wires I can't figure how you came up with this list, feels like a scramble that would pop up if you clicked "randomize"
Been following since season 1. S-tier girls are the ones who's events are the most interesting to me and that I pretty much never skip on subsequent readings. A tier girls are interesting but maybe either haven't had anything to do recently or COULD hit S if their events get more interesting. B tier is sometimes very interesting and lot of the time not. C tier I find myself skipping a lot while D tier I find myself skipping most of the time. F tier I skip always because I can't be bothered to engage with their content. New Maya would be higher up but I weight old Maya more for the ranking.

Gonna be honest my tinfoil hat theory is that Akira manifested her due to his pain.

I thought the same for a while in my first playthrough but it doesn't explain Sekai's disdain towards Maya.

At least Wakana and Makoto in S tier. I might forgive you for what you have done to Ayane and Yumi.

So, it's been a long time, just restarted with current version, and... Kaori never gets introduced? Literally the first time I met her she was already calling mc Hamburger Man, and mc explained about meeting her, except it did not happen.
I remember her introduction from like 2 years ago, and why she calls mc that, but now it is just gone.

Also to weigh in on this tier list... yes the person who created it must have been on very good "medicine" at the time.

it sounds like you triggered 'Girl-Talk' without triggering Ami's event 'The Queen of Spiders' first (which is probably the introduction you're thinking of), which is honestly something i didnt even realise was possible until i checked the wiki for event triggers just now

I'll throw my own towel into the theory-crafting game, and with all this talk recently about the gods using the human characters as hosts and some of the characters potentially being gods, I'll suggest that Maya is the god of strays. Her inability to remember anything about her life before meeting Akira may be an aspect of her godhood, and all the references to stray cats connected with her might just be metaphorical. As far as Sekai's disdain for Maya, it may be due to Maya having a completely different dynamic with Akira than any other character (potentially as an aspect of her godhood). We can see that Akira viewed Maya more as an equal than any of the other characters (both from his predatory advances towards her being turned on their head so early on in the story as well as Maya's long-term experience in the time loop acting as a guide for him). Whether that's because of Maya's personality or her aspect of godhood taking up so much of Akira's attention as part of being "adopted" into his household (literally or figuratively, it's kinda unclear), her dynamic with Akira is almost completely opposite of Sekai's dynamic with Akira and her expected behavior from him. Of course, if all three of these characters are gods (with or without knowing it), that makes this dynamic even more interesting...

Yeah, I think that'll be my pet theory I'll be running with for now.

I think is thats mostly because Sekai hasn't "won" against Maya. She's won against Niki in the past, so she never worries about Akira getting close to her, but Sekai died before Maya came into the picture. Sekai is worried that Maya will have more control over Akira and love her more.

Or maybe Maya was in the picture, but Sekai never meet her. There is a time before Sekai death when she and Akira were distant, so maybe thats when Maya enter his life, but something tells me that they relationship only start after Seakai's death. The time line before everything is one of the most confusing things in this VN.

Your pet theory makes more sense than mine.
