What do you guys think about Maya and Ami's relationship? Do you think Maya might have romantic feelings for Ami? I rarely see people discussing this.

I understand that Maya says that Akira is the only person she has ever felt anything for and is madly in love with him. But people can interpret her love for Ami differently. I interpret it as friendship, but this game has several interpretations.

I agree with you, like in the scene where she wants to know where Akira is during the dorms war and asks Ami. She lied about basically everything there, including confessing to Akira when she finds him at the shrine.
And Maya from Ayane's timeline in the last reset reveals that she has already had a threesome with all the girls in the room (with Akira).

So I believe the most plausible answer is that she feels a best friend's love for Ami, but she'd fuck her (as she fuck with all the other girls along with Akira).
The game makes it clear that Akira is the love/soulmate of Maya's life and Maya is the love/soulmate of Akira's life. Nothing destroyed Akira more than Maya's reset. Regardless of the fact that he also says he loves the other girls and sleeps with them, the dialogues make it very clear that it is Maya that he would choose to spend the rest of his life with if it were an option.

I think Maya qualifies as Ayane and Ami, a situational lesbian, they would be with any girl if it meant having something with Akira, otherwise I don't think they would willingly be with any girl. (I might be saying something wrong because I'm sleepy hahahaha, forgive the English mistakes)

I agree with you. I also think that Maya would only have sex with a woman if it was with Akira. In the scene where Ami fucks her, it was clearly not willingly, although she liked it (she says she liked it because she was sexually unsatisfied since she and Akira are not having sex).

The Scary Room is really interesting with all the new information.
Even back when I first started to think Ami knew everything, the presence of the Angels and other weirdness made me think everything, including whatever was on the projector, was just weird supernatural stuff.
But I think knowing what we know now about Ami, I'd bet everything involving the projector and the factory reset prank were Ami. Based on the narration and the Angel's dialogue, I think the first pictures were the wizard Maya pictures we now know Akira has lying around. Whatever comes after that is interesting though:
I'm assuming it's old pictures involving Niki that Maya destroyed? Other potential options being Noriko, or even maybe Sekai.
Either way, I think this is all stuff Ami would have access to. The only questionable bit is the part that mimics the System dialogue with all the /// but I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume if Maya's familiar with that then Ami also would be.

If you replay that event chain, you will see Ami is the one who suggest scary room to Maya.

If you do a replay of the game you will see LOADS of instances that hint towards her knowledge of everything.
I cottoned onto it in Season 2 but people said I was crazy.

It totally does. Replaying the game gives you a lot of instances where Ami knows everything, and Maya subtly trying to make sensei remember the past.
Some random events that you may thought as filler and boring content have deep lore and very emotional weights.
