I like the idea, but we'll still be having people parachute in asking for it and we'll be linking your thread instead of your comment... so i don't see it having any real effect...
You gotta fight the good fight Bingoogus. One day we shall prevail over the parachuters just like the Space War Deniers! All shall fall to the very specific adverts!

Relevant question: Do you guys think I should make a separate thread to post the trigger guides/saves for each update going forward?

The advantage would be that (as a thread) it can be fixed at the first page alongside the other links, and so it would be much easier to find for both newcomers and regulars.

Otherwise it would keep it as it is, singular posts spread throughout the main thread.

React with a thumbs up for a separate thread or heart to keep it as it is.
It would only help people who can already read how to find it. We've had people ask like 2 posts after you posted the guide for a guide to the update.

As someone who rarely gets a chance to play on release, having a permalinked post of some manner (other thread, constantly updated post/text guide) would be great for both avoiding spoilers AND making sure I don't lose my place in the thread. I'm in favor of this.

Last month I said I would write something about the death of Tsuneyo's father. Better late than never, I guess?

Mr. Tojo's physical body is dead, but it seems like Wires the god is still around. Although weakened, he lives on in a new host.

That opens the question of what exactly is happening to Tsuneyo and what it means for the future. There's not a lot to go off, but I'll throw out some thoughts.

I wanted to talk in depth about a few more topics from 0.52, but I'm not sure how many (if any) I'll get to before 0.53 drops. Here's some teasers:
1. The real(?) Ami and Maya have been missing since the last reset but will return to the story by Christmalloween at the latest.
2. Ami didn't kill Maya, [REDACTED] did.
3. My initial impression was wrong: Maya2 isn't Himawari, she is [REDACTED]. (This one is admittedly a stretch.)
4. The reveal that Himawari's name is Himawari conclusively proves that Himawari's name isn't Himawari. ;)

The world can't be fixed anymore.

Someone else is going to die too.

Himawari's name isn't Himawari.

Tsuneyo is the new manager.

I want to fuck Touka so hard.

This also has me wondering about Mr. Tojo. The fact that Tsuneyo is a cottontail pretty much confirms that Wires is her dad, and the simplest way that makes sense is that they're the same person -
First of all, amazing post as always.
On the other hand i don't think tsuneyo is daughter of wires because she may not even be daughter of mr Tojo at all.
I don't have access to my pc so i can not find the event but Tsuneyo did say something like "he explained why we look so different" or something very similar to this.

So yes she is a cottontail but not because of wires. Maybe she was taken by wires because she is a cottontail.

I assume you're referring to this quote from Ch2 main event "The Price of Experience", the context is her explaining why she loves her father:

"Who tenderly explained to me why our skin colors didn’t match and why people always looked surprised to find out I was his daughter."

I definitely don't think this is about being adopted. Tsuneyo doesn't share her father's skin color because she also inherited genes from her mother, who was Egyptian. She's talking about how her father always treated her with love and kindness and never made her feel like an outsider for looking different, something which she's had to deal with growing up in monoethnic Japan. People are surprised to find out that Mr. Tojo is her father because he's Japanese and she's "not Japanese".

In the absence of other evidence I think it's needlessly complicated to speculate about her being adopted. Her biological father was a god and the dad who raised her was a god (at least in some sense), Occam's razor says it's the same god.
