Personally, the only thing that creeped me out in this game is the Nope Maya face initially:It’s quite interesting to learn about the range of things that unsettle people.
For me the scary Maya face and Nao-chan drawing are more like just UHM materials; but it's pretty much because at this point of the game I am treating anything eerie like case studies, trying to move closer to the screen and see if I can learn something
(as long as they don't move toward me too quickly I think I can manage xD)
In the traditional scary sense, any scene blasting with enough smiles for me is plenty scary, typically those in the earlier chapters when I wasn’t as mentally ready. Things like:

The one event that overloads all my sensory and I actually found myself moving a few inches back is Turn Off The Lights. The whole event creeps me the fuck out and that ten seconds of strobe light plus static sent me off the edge (I think Selly toned this event down later in some updates, but still this event is something I refuse to replay)
Another event that didn't scare me but gave me a shit ton of goosebumps is Bluejay; not because Makoto jumped, but because you realized, even before her free fall finished, that this suicide would be corrected to never had happened. The “you’re not allowed to choose the easy way out” feeling fucked me up so much.

I also saw the Old One coming from the moment Nao-chan showed the drawing, so it was like "neat" instead of scary for me.
Besides that, I'm usually more curious than anything. I think Molly's stuff has made me the most uncomfortable though. Whether it's wondering whether Sensei will rape her, or if she'll rape Rin, or if Tsuneyo's comedy routine about Molly will be taken seriously, I find myself conflicted on whether I want to keep going or take a break when it comes to Molly related events, initially. Kirin's events with Ayane are in second place when it comes to stuff like that.
Monsta John and the White Fronted Parrot stuff did have me going:
