Pretty sure the weirdest form of NTR would be finding out he banged Rin Prime and didn't invite her, or something.

Sure, but she also wouldn't do that unless there's something tangible she could get out of it. She doesn't actually have a fetish for breaking him, it's just the ends justify the means. And maybe it'd make him remember what happened to the last Nodoka, I'd rate her higher overall if it did.
