Probable Lesbian, but might be bi: Wakana, Rika
Wakana's confirmed bi, her and Osako's whole falling out starts with Osako's insecurity over the fact she's not exclusively into women and might prefer men but not know because she's never been with one

And I've always assumed Rika was bi considering Rin's initial reaction to her and Ria's separation was to try and convince Sensei to start dating her, would be a weird thing for Rin to jump straight to if she knew Rika wasn't into dudes. Plus you'd think she'd mention it to Sensei one of the many times she's deflecting his advances lol

I think it's a generational thing. Growing up, porn magazines was about the best most gen X and Y guys could hope for, seeing naked ladies was hard, seeing two together was double the fun, and we were just happy to get our hands on them. Zoomers and Alpha's grew up with the internet in full working order, soon as they found an interest in boobs they were just there, in multitudes, they never developed the proper degree of gratitude for them cause they were simply too easy to see whenever they wanted and so two chicks was no more impressive. You take that fact and combine it with the far more common fear of getting cucked and it's easy to see how they transfer that insecurity onto lesbians, it's not two chicks having fun, it's cheating, it's getting cucked! How dare they! don't you know i am the amazing penis-haver, they should only be focused on me and my amazing penis and no other penises should exist!
Yeah, I mean, it is objectively cheating, right? Like, I enjoy the lesbian content and I think it's fun, but it's definitely not hard to image how someone feels that LIs having sex with other people is cheating? Nobody was complaining about the Wakana/Osako content. Or the Chika threesome with the MC involved. People can enjoy seeing girl-on-girl in context, but not enjoy when their girl has sex with other people. In the same way that I can enjoy watching straight porn but not enjoy watching my gf fuck another man. I honestly think it's weird that so many people in this thread are so baffled by this concept.

Nah, there is no way people consider this as cheating.
Did you miss the literal dozens of people complaining in this thread for weeks after the Ami/Maya scene? Lots of people claimed to be quitting the game, and Sel's income dropped by like 5%.

I think the biggest difference between us and the people who are bothered by the girl-on-girl content is that we don't project onto the MC. And to each their own I guess, but I feel like pretending to not understand how other people could possibly be upset by this or strawmanning their anger into homophobia or oversensitivity, ranges somewhere between willful ignorance to genuine stupidity.

I swear to god every characters in this game r lesbians or sth. Could anybody list current straight girls for me pls.
Other people gave you lists, but they are probably not super right.
I would say Ayane, Futaba, Io, Touka, Yuki, Yumi, Karin, Tsubasa, and Yasu have never expressed or pursued sexual interest in another girl that I can recall.

However, I think it is important to note, the dev of this game seems to be going in the direction of making all the girls bi for some reason. Several girls have even end up in very bizarre out-of-character girl-on-girl scenes, presumably just because the dev wanted to throw that in. In the past, there were a lot of people who were very upset about the girl-on-girl scenes (not including the MC) and claimed the game added NTR several years into development.

Damn... Maybe I'm afraid of getting cucked by another girl after all. Not if both of them r inlove with me tho XD
If this is true, you might genuinely dislike scenes that are to come. I just wanted to warn you so you aren't blindsided as others seem to have been.

I usually skip the whining, yeah. But I do remember seeing it. But dozens of people? Nahhh.

I feel like pretending to not understand how other people could possibly be upset by this or strawmanning their anger into homophobia or oversensitivity, ranges somewhere between willful ignorance to genuine stupidity.
Or I'm just stupid ignorant homophobe who doesn't like the concept of lesbian girls.

Edit: Anyway, I'd like to stop talking about gay girls

Yup

This conversation reminded me of an episode of just shoot me that i thought had the concept so beautifully exemplified that i had to hunt it down: That final act of the episode was poetry.
I was not expecting that, my dad and I used to watch that show and he recorded a lot of episodes on VHS, who knows what happened to those. I don't recall watching that episode back then but it is so fucking good.

Lesbians and gays are cool but they do not compare to my self insert dicking virtual waifus.
You're the first person I saw mention being a "good uncle" aka ignoring Ami. I honestly didn't even think that was an option but I was curious what other events or things it changes other than the nodokathon?

This is less of a secure argument than you think it is. With the choices made as far out as CH1 to CH4, it'd be really easy to separate the two paths. Any relevant suicide could be green path exclusive, or whatever path we eventually name Ami, Sara and Haruka. We have green path sacrificial sex, green path incest, green path wizard grooming, a suicide / attempt could fit in at this point.
I think a good example of how Sel handles split paths is summed up in good homie vs. bad homie, where the differences down the line have been extremely negligible, or in good uncle vs. bad uncle, where Ami isn't that different, but it decides if you get to plow your niece. Stuff like the Wizard route will probably only come to a head towards the end of the game, due to how drastically it will affect people's perception of Akira.

If Sara killed herself because of a missable scene, it would drastically shift the tone and events of the chapter. From that point onward, Sel would have to write basically two very distinct versions of chapter 4. This would make it virtually impossible to have a complete green path. Or Sel could go the no-changes path where everybody just goes along as if nothing happened, but if he killed off Sara for a chapter and only had like one or two events reference it, then it becomes a nothing burger, and what I would consider bad writing. The only way to make it so no one cares is if the characters become a lot more desensitized. And while characters like Sana and Chika are on their way to that point, I don't see the rest of the cast being that unaware of extreme changes or death.

I'm not saying Sara won't kill herself, but anything that could drastically alter the setting like that would have to be unmissable or take place at the end of the story.

You're the first person I saw mention being a "good uncle" aka ignoring Ami.
I've been a good uncle advocate since day one, and you're just going to ignore me like that, lol.

Where is that supposed chinami and yumi animations? I am missing something or what?
End of the post:
0.49 Event Triggers:

There are 20 events (4 are missable), 3 new picture messages and 2 new bonus (not canon) animations.

I have added when the events called for variations, but there is such a sheer amount of them that I'm ignoring the least important ones. You'll also miss most of Nodokathon part II if you are not on Ami/Sara/Haruka's path.

Before we begin, I'd also like to say that this is a very heavy update in terms of both wordcount and (potentially upsetting) content. So maybe postpone it a bit if your head's not in the right place.

Phone messages are from Chika, Haruka and Chinami. Mind that you need to input the cheat code for the bonus animations to get the Chinami message though (instructions further down).

The bonus animations require either a cheat or URM. Both are wizard content, so if that does not interest you, you don't have to bother. If you do, follow either instruction:

Edit: I also remind everyone that Selebus is going on a break, and there will be no update in June. We'll be back on July 1.

You miss a lot of events and Akira does something sexual to Ami while confusing her for Maya at some point (just before the last reset of chapter 3). More recently it's just a lot of Ami bitching about how he still won't fuck her, even though he's fucking everyone else.

I think you miss a total of 15 events by choosing the "good uncle" route, but that's off the top of my head.

Honestly I quite like the good uncle route, I'm interested to see how/if it causes things to go sideways down the line.

Yeah most people don't do it cause A: They wanna fuck Ami, B: Its not the canon way to play (and the game makes sure you know that), C: It's overral inconsequential, and D: Ami is the best she can do wrong pick her pick her.

That being said there are some really interesting things in it, and it tells some extra sides of the story, its why I knew one of the biggest spoilers in the game so fast (Ami being Akira's daughter, not neice.) and some other stuff, but I would only recommend doing it as a side playthrough.

All in all though you miss a lot of events, a lot of interactions, and are still forced to kinda fuck Ami no matter what although its not shown nor explicit, only aluded to as a fact before Maya gets swiped. It kinda breaks some of the story too, like Niki's involvement in trying to help Ami is a lot weaker because Ami cannot admit to doing anything with Sensei because nothing has happened.

But there's nice things too, as mentioned recently Sensei is MUCH better in some regards when you don't, he's fiercly protective of Ami in ways you don't see in the normal route; a nice change given how much of a coward he normally is.

Either way. Only as a side playthrough.
It's not the intended way to play.
