Plus, remember when Sekai did all that weird stuff to Tsuneyo where she tied her up? She straight up said that things were moving too slow. The fact that things are moving unnaturally fast now must be connected to whatever plan Sekai has to complete the harem.
The problem isn't just that there is no explanation for people's behaviour, it's that even if there is, there is almost no way that the explanation is worth the damage done.
I can easily believe that some amount of godfuckery is involved in manipulating events and changing the characters, but i can't believe that all of it will be narratively satisfying and interesting. It feels far more likely that the gods will just be used as a cheap excuse to push the story in the direction that Sel wants.
To be fair Chika and Molly don't fit here imo - Sensei was the one avoiding Molly and I wouldn't really say his and Chika's relationship has gone back to normal, nor has Chika in general. But on balance yeah, I agree, it was good to get some explicit background on Sara but her resolution was annoyingly simple and predictable. I really hope something similar doesn't happen with Niki, it would be a real disservice to her character if she ends up just falling in line with the harem.
As far as Haruka goes I honestly never expected Sara to care that much and was surprised at all the speculation around it - someone of her age being interested in students of that age isn't a huge shock to Sara.
I agree totally. Honestly, Noriko's probably always been one of the most uninteresting characters to me specifically for this reason. We're told a lot about her feelings and she's obviously obsessed but all they've really done in the course of the actual story is hang out a few times.
I always liked her a lot regardless purely because she's always been super nice but I'm really questioning that after the last update given that she cheerfully continued on after Niki walked in (plus five hours) and was completely remorseless and unsympathetic thereafter, even a couple days later when they're headed home. It's hard for me to believe that any of her feelings outside of Akira are genuine to me now - which is kind of a bummer because I was enjoying her budding friendship with Yumi.
Having Sensei finally make the Nozomu reveal to Noriko of all people is such a lame choice. She's probably the only person in the entire game who won't let it affect the way she feels about Sensei in any way, and she has a history of keeping all of Sensei's secrets. I fully expect this to be yet another plot point that is ignored for months.
Yeah, I was really hoping that discussion would happen with Yumi myself. It'd feel a lot more earned to me given her own backstory, his involvement in pretty much every facet of her life at this point and his importance to her in the game. It's a very enlightening thing to learn about him but the execution was pretty underwhelming.
Several characters have already mentioned that this is the world made for Akira, does that justify the world conspiring so that he never gets hurt even when he tries?

I think Maya is a proof that the world(or the gods) try to hurt Sensei. To force him into submission.
So, I do think the world try to hurt him, to force him to fuck every girls. Because, for an unknown reason, the gods need him take virginity.

Hopefully if this is the case it will all fall apart in the dark phase. The gods abandon Akira and everyone sees him for what he is. I previously assumed the dark phase would be where everyone finds out about each other and the harem phase was just where he was boning everyone and wasn't leading to an actual harem, looks like I was very wrong.

EDIT: hey so completely unrelated but weird coincidence. The second after I posted this comment, my internet for some reason stopped working only on my PC and didn't want to work no matter what, even though it was connected and after multiple restarts. I had flush and change my dns address for it to finally work.
I guess those 15 minutes of annoyance is the price I paid for insulting the gods and Selebus.

Yeah, at least most of them and I remember Yasu saying this. btw, do we know which god is her? I rly missed all information between the lines about gods. It was so hard to understand when most of game u just see this shit about terminals and some auto-pilot(?) monologues about 3 gods. And then just from nowhere we speak to few of them and getting dozen of names.
