While it would be great if Maki figures out that Sensei is fucking Makoto, I just can't see it being allowed. Even the world's least observant person would have been suspicious ages ago, but Maki is forced to remain oblivious.

Change Maki's name to literally anyone else and the answer as to why remains the same:

Jokes aside, I don't understand him. He literally could have had one of them find out, result in a tragedy, and next day nothing happened - because the world corrected it, as in bluejay. This would have set the precedent for any "dumb behavior of not noticing obvious things" to be justified by supernatural intervention.

In fact, that's what we assumed during chapter 1-3, but apparently that was wishful thinking from our part and the actual writing makes less sense. Why, I have no idea - it's all been set up for this, he'd just have to write an event.

The lack of consequences for everything is what gets me, its just too unreal.
You're telling me Sara is ok with threesomes after one small talk with Sana.
She looked absolutely ruined before that.
Sana becoming a freak so fast is also a bit off, would have been nicer if we got to move her that way over time instead of a light switch flick.

I miss the end of chapter 3.

Not nearly as hilarious as the predictions that Niki was going to demand Akira take Noriko's virginity.
Hey! There was lore behind that prediction, and I kept labeling it as the weakest part (purely changelog based, which is funny it ended up being the most accurate), and it started as mainly a creative writing exercise from Moonflare (something like how would you write Noriko's virginity, it just lined up after I was done). I just got the fact that Niki is actually really fucking dumb wrong (That and the fact that animations 0/2 in a changelog can mean 0 new animations for the main story so never predict using them)

If she had actually believed Ami at Christmas saying he's not only fucking Ami but the rest of the class too, and then is around during the molly and Sana invite events to keep an eye on what they're doing, and with Sana's in particular supposedly leaving the room to have a bath, but after the fact has no evidence she had a bath since she breaks Japanese bath etiquette, I'd think it'd be fair to say she was spying on them. If she did, she'd have proof he's fucking his students at this point. Now if she didn't do anything at this point, then the pedo or cheating parts of the issue aren't enough of a problem to her.

When that's on the table, you go back to her ego, and you assume she's willing to ask questions. Eventually Noriko comes up, and the question is why not her, when he is doing more than half of the rest of her class. Is an ego filled Niki going to keep Noriko from the best thing in her life at this point when Selebus has an obligation of getting the girls fucked by the end of harem route? implied invite events for Noriko would also imply Niki would have been ok with it.

I'm curious what the original plan for Niki's and Noriko's events in 0.49 and 0.50 were. I don't see what happened here working on the old logs.

I also find it strange that Himawari tries to stop Nodoka, but talks about things with Ayane and Tsubasa.
I am kinda scared about how it would be if Tsubasa, Himawari and Nodoka were to join forces, two of the biggest brains and Himawari who knows what happens backdoor.

I think the issue is that Nodoka is being too overt on how she goes about stuff. She calls way too much attention to herself and has zero assets that would help Himawari. Himawari didn't really try to stop her as much as she tried to save her. Her reasoning for that could be simple pity or the fact that she's her aunt or something (maybe she's been her agent at one point). Or maybe, but that's too much credit for Selebus, because Himawari is trying to make Nodoka call attention to herself so that she (Himawari) can act on the background.

Tsubasa, on the other hand, was a hunch from Himawari - that she got right. Tsubasa was aware of things all along, and definitely has assets which would help Himawari.

Lastly, Ayane's her mom, and from what Ayane recently revealed, she didn't really make her an ally or anything - Ayane just knows she's her guardian angel that tells that Ami can't harm her and that things will eventually work out. Imo, she's just there for her mom cause Ayane's her mom, and she's going through a hard time.

We know that for sure? The fact that Ayane is her mom?

I genuinely want to see how Sel would write a h-scene with Sensei and Desk-chan. Would Sensei dirty talk desk-chan? What would that sound like?? "Yeah you like the how that feels on your wood fibers, Bitch?" Can you call a desk "bitch"? So many questions.

It'd probably just be a rewrite of the desk scene in Subarashiki Hibi

Does anybody have a theory on this? I really need some copium after both Nodokathon and Niki forgetting her talk with Ami at christmas.

The NTR tag isn't suitable for this story. People who seek out works based on the tag would be bitterly disappointed, and many people who avoid the tag as a matter of policy would miss out on an engaging journey. For another example of a story that could technically be labeled as such but shouldn't be and isn't, see Pale Carnations.

In fact, it's still plenty arguable that LiL doesn't contain "actual" NTR yet. I would bet that it'll never be clear-cut, if only because the other males in the story hardly exist as characters. Who knows, though, where the author will go in his apparent quest to confuse and alienate everyone...
