The rework was most of everything up to the first reset right? Gotta say, if this is something from the rework i am pretty confused by it:
Half the girls make this face at least once in more than half the scenes i've seen so far... it's honestly kind of ridiculous. The only girls not doing it is the obvious ones, Yumi/Maya/Futaba/Sana. Ami does it, Rin does it, Chika does it, Ayane does it, Makoto, as shown, does it, even Miku does it... none of the scenes i'm seeing it in are skippable 'seen text' for me so i gotta assume they're from the rework and if that's the case, wtf was Selly smoking that week? Suddenly developed a kink for winking or cyclopes?
Edit: Jesus christ, Rin does it 3 times in her first cafe scene...

that was deskel. i have no recollection of it ever being brought up in game but I went with it...
I'm actually going through futaba's and nodoka's events again , if i see it i'll try to post it if i find anything, if its there

that and I am activly looking through nodoka's main and personal events so, if i couldn't find it i was going to ask. its also not major plot relevant yet

I'm also just waiting for the Nodoka Futaba Threesome now. Maybe 4 to 5some if Rin and Otoha can't get Nodoka's first time out of their minds.
Albeit in retrospect I just realized that Nodoka could have easily recorded Sensei and her having sex for future blackmail opportunities.. she did apparently mention her age quite a bit during it.

All this speculation aside, I'm really feeling like things are going to be coming to a head soon in the story. The pressure is definitely building, and I'm really wondering how Sel's going to progress stuff. With all this Ami stuff, I wonder if maybe a student like Chika or Makoto will disappear by themselves, or if a LOT of girls will all at once. How many updates will the breakdown occur over? It's going to be really fun

Ami called Maya/Ayane and told them to meet her at the shrine to get them away from the dorms (in case Akira went there).
Ami then goes to the old district and calls, pretending to be lost.
When she says she was sent there by Maya and Ayane, she's lying.

IIRC, Maya indicates the Psycho Ami activates when she realizes that the perfect world she's established for her and Akira isn't working as intended, which could mean anything from verifiable proof that Akira is fucking other women to finding out that someone is aware of the reset cycle and actively trying to figure out a way to break it, which would end the perfect world she's created.
So pregnancy and jealousy would definitely trigger that.
As to whether or not Psycho Ami would survive resets, it is entirely possible that she'll survive "soft" resets (the resets Akira makes it through), but is deactivated by "hard" resets (the ones where Akira also gets reset), as hard resets tend to "restore factory defaults," so to speak. That first day in the classroom, at least, tends to "reboot" each girl's opinion of him, and Maya mentions that sometimes Molly and Tsuneyo join the class, sometimes they don't -- indicating that it appears to be a function of how long a version of Akira lasts more than anything else.
It's also very likely that Psycho Ami is a constant, but that she masks it well until the variables spin out of her control again.
