Just want to throw in some different view on the "Maya might not belong in ""our"" or whatever timeline".

I don't really remember what Ami exactly said back then, but with what was brought up here, and WHAT i remember, i do think there is some room for alternative ideas.

And i think it's possible that Ami meant by "Maya doesn't belong into her (Ami's) reality or whatever", is, that she means new Maya specifically.
Not Maya, as in "All Mayas", in all timelines/realities.

One possibility is, that in the pre "Times New Roman" halloween event, Ami was the one who made things go as they did.
She might have planned the whole thing, just to get rid of OG Maya.
I still think it's possible that grown up Sana might have been Ami, in Times New Roman
and through that she coaxed Akira into having sex with Maya even.

We see Ami? still alive and kicking later, a bit hidden next to Akira.
And there's also Himawari with a couple of Ami copies.

So, i don't think it's a far stretch to say that Ami had this all planned to get rid of (our) Maya, and she didn't think Maya would come back in any way.
Though, she did. New Maya/Maya light appeared, and Ami does not seem to be amused. Hence the "Scary Room" pt2 event.

I wanna know why Akira never noticed or felt dicks then.
But does that mean... the larger breasts, the larger bananas? Then what about moms and the whole side cast in general?

I am very confused cause... are they having the christmas party at their house?? At first I thought Ami was getting the knife ready to kill Niki, but Imani's there too! Well, at least Akira's already used to Ami killing people with knives.

Looks like it. Which is… a nice change of pace from the usual hotel imo.

As far as Ami with the knife goes, I don’t think it means anything malicious. Sel loves his fake-outs in these previews to throw you off, so my guess is she’s just preparing something in the kitchen with it.

Of course, the suspense will still be there for something to go wrong after last update. Guess we’ll have to see.

I think it's possible that it's neither a killing about to happen nor casual knifing around. I think the scene will make Ami recall her killing Nodoka, probably not fully, but there will be that odd moment of her looking at the knife just enough to make us wonder.

Yh man I fucking love Niki, one of my favourites and the hate for her here surprises me.

I think people dislike Niki because she initially has a grudge against Akira (at a time the player doesn't have much context as to why, and it takes a while until she gives up on her "revenge" facade).

Then we also have people that dislike her because she tries to take charge of Noodles/Akira, which tbf, is exactly what she should have done at the time of Sekai's death (but she was a teenager then), so I cut her a lot of slack because I interpret it as a delayed and overcompensated action. Which, again, tbf she does hold back when Akira tells her to, which, again, is almost never.

And, lastly, I'd guess some people resent her because they think she wasn't hard enough on Otoha, which I kind of agree with, but I can see why she wasn't too.

Edit: there's also the fact that she's just a freaking fake anyway since people with natural bubblegum colored hair simply don't exist - I cracked the code, Selebus!

They clearly do, because otherwise Noriko could just let her natural color grow out and completely mask-off Niki. Kumon-mi clearly exists in Anime Logic, where hair is whatever color it wants to be and massive weapons are easily concealed in pocket dimensions (which is why Noriko and Ayane area always heavily armed even when wearing clothing that has no ability to conceal the weapons).

I think a major component for Niki hate of late is because she took advantage of Akira's Sadboi Era to talk him into moving in, which jeapordizes the harem, but that can easily be solved by moving the harem shenanigans to the semi-secret apartment.
