Remember this is probably the biggest VN on the planet. If you're running a potato pc and playing VN's due to that you might have met your match. How much ram do you have? 64 bit windows? Did you install the care packages? When did you last download the full game? (was it 0.42 or later? There's an engine upgrade which might help)

well it says "C:\Users\Selebus"\Documents\RenPy\renpy-7.3.2-sdk
it doesnt matter if other games work or not every game have their own renpy inside their folder.
Did you update the game or did you download latest full version?

try downloading full game again you either did something really wrong like copy pasting new game folder over the old one..
or you are trolling.
either way renpy version is wrong. that is your issue

yes you downloaded each separate updates instead of downloading full game. . do what I said or download renpy version 8 from github and replace the existing version in the game folder.

Everything else is automatic.

Uhhhh yeah this is a bit embarrassing for you but that's just how tracebacks look for this game. For some reason, Sel's windows userpath is baked into the game - I don't know whether this is a coding error on his end or a ren'py quirk, but this is how they look when the game crashes.
I think it depends? I just checked my own traceback from a save error from a month and a half and it has my own computer savepath.

Yeah you're correct, it could be the engine version, or just the type of traceback, but in any case it's definitely a common thing to happen with this game

It's still a case of him trying to squeeze more out of the supporters he's already got, not turning free players into paying ones, his most avid dick riders will throw some extra simp bucks his way but as soon as they're tapped out again, the pledged amount will slowly creep back down to just under 10k, just like the last two times... Selly really doesn't have a single bloody clue how to actually boost his support for the long term but then i can't blame him, he's cut off from any other option but to squeeze his simps for every dollar he can, so let the idiots be squeezed, they can freely enjoy a mediocre 4th-wall breaking animation that mocks them like the last one/s did.He'll get us all excited, then drop them anyway. I think it's his strategy to keep the creative juices flowing. Dostoevsky spent the earnings from his books in gambling and booze, and only when he was broke again he wrote. Maybe Sel is kinda doing that? Increasing the sweet number, and getting motivation by watching it go down over time.

I guess the care packages didn't go very well, I thought they were a good idea on paper but apparently they're quite antagonistic right?
I reckon if he actually made good animations he'd be reyt, but LiL's anims are eer... Sub par at best. Even Hero's Harem Guild has better ones and that game hasn't seen content in years.

Never heard of Goddess' Whim but I tried out Succubus Kingdom briefly, it's early so I decided to wait but the "graphics" of that game are absolutely brilliant, I'm definitely keeping my eye on it.
And yeah, LiLs anims are the bare bones, unedited KK anims. It has very good lighting (as mentioned many times by others) and the game looks good, but there's nothing particularly interesting.
In current, you just have a dick clipping through a character in a 2 second animation loop with some frankly terrible camera angles that massively limit what you can see.
Compare "Being a DIKs" animations to older games of the same engine. That dev won because he did better.
I don't want to list out every detail that makes LiL behind the curve but you can see it pretty easily with only a short look. Static, bad angles, limited movement, dick clipping, and little to no physics.
Might sound dumb to harp on the quality of sex in a sex game but... This is a porn game forum, if you have the best in story and characters, why not take that extra edge and have top tier porn too. LiLs anims are fucking miles behind the competition and even though the aforementioned writing is, IMO, unparraleled; he falls behind in the most broadly appealing aspect.

Also if I've done a bad job of communicating the differences I'll post an animation from LiL followed by one of another game, if thats allowed.

I tried Goddesses Whim about a year ago and couldn't stand the writing. I've complained about this before, and I'm sure a lot of people in this thread have the same issue as me, but this game has absolutely spoiled me with its writing quality. There are so many terribly written games on this site, in terms of dialogue, characterization, even punctuation. Even mediocre games are a struggle for me now. I'll never forgive Selebus for this.

Seconded on Goddess's Whim! Fun, silly game -- but the animations are great, at least when it comes to KK.
A thing to remember about KK animations -- Koikatsu is, what, a decade old? There continue to be new mods made to make it more sophisticated, but animating in CharaStudio is still a pain in the ass. The controls aren't intuitive or particularly well documented. Doing anything that hasn't already been scripted by someone else takes a huge amount of time and isn't easy to get right (he says, as someone who's tried and failed). It's tough to get the bodies and all their component parts to play along with each other in sync without heading into body horror or Uncanny Valley territory.
Sel can do all kinds of fun things by exporting images created in CharaStudio and playing with them in Photoshop. But getting as fancy with Premiere or another video editor isn't anywhere nearly as easy, and in any case the original video has to be good, or the edited version will be crap. GIGO.

Goddess's Whim is a goofy Isekai harem game. There's nothing serious being explored, just a bunch of fantasy ladies (including a few monster girls, a couple of goddesses, and a wide variety of humans) to get to know, seduce, and fuck. Lots of fairly standard anime/h-game tropes (yandere, tsudere, and all the other deres). I find it funny -- but the plot is fairly background, and the dramatic moments tend to be swept quickly aside on the way to boffing.
