I agree, it's a problem no matter who it was, but I think it's a bigger problem if it's Tsubasa considering she's currently being moved to tears by their circumstances and still trying to get Chika to move into the manor. Yes Chika is stubborn but imo a recently orphaned middle school Chika taking care of her sister alone would probably be a lot easier to pressure into accepting direct help than a teenage Chika who's been holding down that position for years and has Yumi and, to a lesser degree Akira, around to help (Actually Yumi might have been around back then? I'm not sure. I think I remember Rin mentioning something about Yumi in middle school but I can't remember when or if that was actually said)
imo if it is Tsubasa, which I'm not saying it isn't, mind you, it opens up a lot of questions that I don't think can really be brushed aside by reset time stuff.

In any case, we are in a limbo for now.
Perhaps the story won't get back on track until Akira goes back to school. Is like when you are playing a game where the main story quest won't advance until you go through events at the "main" location. It has to be the beach or Akira going back to school. I hope it is the beach because it makes the most sense, considering the story started nose-diving around the last one.

Maya's events are done but the event names haven't been posted. My guess is Sel is releasing them alongside Yuki's events.

I might be wrong cause I was just catching up to the story when 0.48 was released, but I think the folloing occured
Maki scenes where Akira starts to talk a bit about his past to her
Rika telling him about Rin plus them finding Yuki all fucked up
Uta getting braver with Akira (at the bathhouse) and insight into her back story from her last school
The weird Yasu/Touka event chain where Yasu locked Akria and Touka in the cathedral together
The Odd Tseneyo chain where Nao showed up and reset stuff
There might has been some others too, hard to remember off the top of my head
