I enjoyed the update, though nothing really wowed me the way multiple events in 0.48 and 0.46 did. The highlight was definitely the humor, with this update having some of the funniest events in recent memory (Wakana & Akira, Chinami & Tsukasa, everything involving Nao).

I am a bit bored of questions, so I made full chapter 4 walkthrough. I promise to keep this post updated at least until chapter ends

- I wasn't a big fan of the Tsukioka manor scenes, the sitcom vibes were too at odds with the gravity of the subject matter (Tsukasa's sexual "instruction"). I was glad to see Touka stand up to Tsubasa and question her motives, even if it didn't lead to any answers. I was not happy about the way she just moved past the knowledge that Sensei intentionally had sex in front of Tsukasa and has a very creepy attraction to her. People seem way too willing to make the leap from "he preys on high schoolers" to "he wants to do the same to preteens" (Osako does something similar later in the update with regards to Nao).
Honestly, I don’t think this is the characters’ fault — it feels more like Selly’s personal view. From what I remember, it’s been mentioned here before that Selly sees hooking up with teenagers and with preteens as equally wrong. So I think he just makes the characters react this way — kind of lighthearted or indifferent — if they already know he’s sleeping with teenagers.

I wouldn’t really expect the characters to have any extreme reactions to this, at least not from what we’ve seen so far.

Yes, on the green route and have seen all the other scenes you listed except for the Tsubasa and linked Tsukasa scenes.
That's weird, I couldn't start the event myself till after Chika and the wizards events so I'm guessing that's also a requirement. Able to call on the Sunday and start the event. If all the others including the Saturday event is done and Tsubasa isn't triggering then something is def buggy

Well, even if that's true, Touka and Chika clearly see the difference between teenagers (themselves) and wizards. Chika is totally against the idea, the minor thought that Sensei would be able to fuck Chinami. Touka was okay with sex education even if there was Tsukasa since it might be EdUcAtIoNaL, but when it was stated that Tsukasa will have / wants to have sex with Sensei — that's where Touka draws the line.
But yeah, though Touka is against it, it is mostly because she doesn't want to be a cuckolded by someone, including her own family. The fact Tsukasa is a wizard is a minor detail for her somehow. Though important, yeah.

Also, I can't understand why Osako is just "Stop fucking kids, bro". It's very delusional, I'd say. But the joke "Now you're fucking adults?!" Is very funny for me.

Well, so far they're the only ones who seem to care about it at least a little, like you said, Touka's is more worried about losing Akira to Tsukasa, Chika's is more worried about her sister. Like, Osako has strangely already accepted this Akira thing "well", Uta is okay with it, Io knows about it and still loves her, Maya, Ami, and Noriko don't care, we even had the revelation that Noriko was actually a little jealous of Maya, so like, fuck ;-; Like I said, I wouldn't have much faith that we'll see extreme reactions to this in the story.

Not necessarily, but it seems that way. Sekai likely would have been 10 years older than Akira, which would put her at around Yuki/Tsubasa's age.

While the tree and moving Sekai's body there theory sounds amazing to me.. You are right in the point that Tsubasa would have done SOMETHING regarding Nozomu, if she knew Sekai. Hell, she just hinted that she might or might not have castrated all the people involved in the Yuki's gangrape.
I also doubt that the Tsukiokas would lose an adoption request... to Akira.
My vote goes for Chiaki, we know TOO LITTLE of her by this point. It feels too intentional at this point. Hell, we know more about Makoto's dad that we know about Chiaki. It would also reinforce the reason has to why Tsubasa decided to step in has their mother figure.

Gotta remember Tsukiokas aren't mere people. As much as they love each other, they have to be prepared for the others to betray them if it will improve the family's standing. Any other child making a threat to Touka that they're planning to steal her husband would be treated as a child, but Tsukasa is actual competition because she's been raised to be a Tsukioka.

I think Tsubasa was a little proud of Tsukasa during that confrontation.
