Counter Counterpoint. We need a LiL fanfiction that surpasses the longest piece of literature that is coincidentally a fan fiction.
Maybe but I remember Maya said that new worlds are more influenced by Sensei in the early days. This is why no one questions Sensei wanting to be friends. Many relationships are more strong because of locked memories of resets.
Then influenced by Sensei to not be friends but a perfect harem. Harem route?

After Yuki says "Picked it up from an old friend. One of those creative types like you." in one of her events im 90% sure it Sekai. Unless Sel throws us a curve ball and its Nozomu.
There's a lot that can't really be predicted on account of the next update being apparently some kind of dedicated flashback (or I guess technically an epilogue if you go chronologically) story to at least partially explain how the world got this way that we haven't seen yet. If Akira is conscious enough through the story to understand it, it might be revealed that the reason Akira hasn't gotten better even after all these thousands and thousands of permutations of the timeline might be because Himawari is meddling too much, and it might be an interesting twist if Akira directly confronts her and demands to have some control back over his life, returning the timeline to the point where we left off. There's already a precedent for this when Akira first confronted Ami for controlling him, and if he ends up witnessing what happens to him in the future (or past depending on your perspective?) this might finally be the wakeup call he needs to finally confront himself and start undergoing the character growth he desperately needs.
...or maybe I'm being too hopeful

But he would interact with them differently. Everyone forgetting their memory would almost require rewriting all of the generic sandbox text, which is the kind of thing you do when you change chapter.
But there is still the karin swimming generic event that's been in the game for a long time, hidden behind the karinbetter flag, which means for the longest time Sel had planned to fix Akira and Karin's relationship before leaving Chapter 4.

[edit] Hold the phone, there's a second karin spring gen event for calling her in the morning when karinbetter = true. Sel would have wasted his time with both photos and event writing if he's moving to chapter 5 now.

At the time I also thought Chiaki was an option, though I'd agree it's likely Sekai. If someone was going to get her body without others knowing and bury her underneath a tree representing her and climate control it so it blooms forever in an attempt to keep her memory alive forever it would be Tsubasa.

She probably did it so the tree absorbs Sekai's nutrients and spreads her "Sekooties" around the manor. Thats probably why everybody in that place is so horny and vindictive. (If ghost Sekai and Sekaori can exists. Sekooties can too)

Always hate reset puzzles, but this time not only the puzzle is simple, but also the story is quite enjoyable, the threesome, Makoto's phone call, Niki's knife karate, interesting! Good update.

I'm glad I keep coming back to this game, the writing is stellar. With that said - what do the cheats even do? Is it just for relationship points or is there a gallery unlock? I missed some things so I wouldn't mind going back and looking, but not if its gonna brick my save.

There's no gallery thing, no. You can add relationship points, pass 100 days and change a couple flags from what I remember. It doesn't brick anything but at a point in the story you get punished and have all your relationships reset to 0.

There are a couple of actually usable cheats that don't flag you as a cheater, ranging from initiating a bug fix for very old saves (If you don't know the code it doesn't apply to you) to enabling wizard bonus animations and a chinami photo ("allcharactersare18+", Kittens pt 2 kinda spoils a chapter 4 reset event.)
Anything that would fix a save also marks your save as a cheater and he's already punished cheaters by wiping all but one character's affection. He might do it again to cheaters who aren't marked as punished, or maybe he'll double down on them later we can't guarantee anything.
You should use URM if you need to actually modify anything like that. Otherwise there are options depending on what's wrong with your save.
