Well, there is pretty much no loli in this game, but Patreon says otherwise. They should hire more educated ped*s or something, since the current ones are broken beyond repair and see lolis everywhere.

At one point, there was a scene in an onsen where a character's younger sister appears wrapped in a towel. The old loli patch replaced that image with basically the same image, but without the towel.
That's it. That's all it added. One image.
In the most recent update (not yet available here, but available through Subscribestar, or Patreon if you apply the patch currently only obtainable through the Patron Discord channel), that image is now baseline, so no patch is needed.
But when can i fuck sensei himself? I want the self-fuck option added here. This game is supposed to challenge my mind right?

the huggy boi version is 0.21.5 where all the adult content has been completely removed, and can be restored by applying the patch you can get at Lewdpatcher...
but if you want to save yourself to some trouble, just download the sex version 0.21.0 pt 1 since that's the current public build

Public. The public version of 21p2 will come out on February 1 -- I'm genuinely surprised the leakers haven't posted it yet, but whatever, in like a week you can get it off itch.io and see the new content (Chika/Yumi/Sara/Yuki/happy scene).
There's really not much loli content in the patron version of the game: there is a tiny bit of non-sexual nudity. Eventually there will be sex with Chinami and Tsukasa, because Selebus has said that now that sex is off Patreon he can do whatever he wants there, and there was always going to be an "unofficial" patch to add that into the game, but that's not going to be for a long while.
The reason the decensor patch mentions lolis is because Selebus didn't bother changing the description from the old file he had up there, which was the version that swapped out the towel in the onsen.
If you're playing this exclusively for sexy fun times, you're gonna be disappointed. This definitely isn't the game to play for a quick wank.
