Well it's probably a strong reason why he designed this game to drag on for years. Nice stable source of income for the foreseeable future.
Frankly he's enough of a narcissist that he probably doesn't believe he can fail and as such doesn't have a backup plan and feels it likely that anything he writes will attract a similar degree of fans. And simply googling Selebus makes it apparent that he can't really separate his identity from his recent work even if he were to apply for a "normal" job in the future

Nodoka is probably in the "high" to maybe "very high" category, considering her body seems to be a 9/10 to him. She does also seem to make him feel safe, but I think that's more of a "Romantic Compatibility" thing. So, around Sara, Kaori, and Noriko level.
Haruka seems to be more of a take it or leave it thing. Not only is she optional, but Sensei has walked away from her before, even if he's fucking her, and now, she's just a fucktoy. Her circumstances seem to be her main selling point. She's probably like "medium". Maybe "high". Her big tits probably lowers her compatibility to Sensei ironically:

It's a lust event triggered when both Futaba and Makoto lusts are 49+. If you have URM installed you can choose the angel-involved path and view it again in replay.

Both Futaba and Makoto's lust have to be 50 which can kinda suck if you didn't get Makoto's to 50 before she blue jays herself and goes AWOL until after that event.

This may come off as a little weird to say but I don't think Sel would have too much trouble finding work since the internet is practically ignoring the more "niche" side of a creator's work and focusing more on the talent. Such examples are that several NSFW artists are working on the newest season of Invincible and the creator of Don't Toy With Me Miss Nagatoro has a history of drawing hentai before his work on his manga. While LiL isn't niche and on the more than questionable side with the literal grooming of children and oftentimes "Lessons in Shota" with some of the requests he makes for his fans I wouldn't be surprised if somebody looked past the questionable aspects of his game and said you're a good writer you're hired. Not defending the deplorable aspects of LiL just my opinion.(Please dont hurt me)
