What Chika is wearing is "Jirai", it's a new fashion trend in Japan where you wear clothes that make you look Cute and Edgy at the same time, it's mostly pink and black colors.
Wearing Jirai is supposed to symbolize that you're cute and dangerous, kind of like how being "blonde" in Japan makes you a delinquent.

I'm feeling Ami didn't specifically target them all and for her this reset is some sort of purge, in the sense of letting out her rage and also in the sense of the film series "the Purge", she is a sadist, she enjoys killing and the resets give her the time and opportunity to get her "kill count" up with no questions asked.

You only need to finish half of Makoto's questions to leave. Should still be 5 more, then something to do with your prizes, then swapping an item for something else, then researching it at the computer, then doing what you're supposed to do.

ngl the whole really fucked up...but still getting glimpses of hope is making me wanna read PLIS again. Only webnovel I've read that's as screwed up as this one, just a shame it wasn't finished. Adding to the comment, Jirai is a genre highly related to Menhera. It is short for 'Mental Health' and is usually referred to girls who are mentally unwell in Japanese. I would've said Chika's pretty self-aware in her choice of clothing but Jirai is basically something Menhera girls embrace fully themselves, so it's no surprise here. She really is going full Menhera.
