While I find this funny, I think you're missing a few things.
The gods don't think Maya is wrong, the company is simply trying to understand how this took place, since it shouldn't be possible for a wish to have a wish of her own. They torture Maya because they ran out of ideas thousands of years ago. At this point, any sort of idea to get a different reaction from her is fair game.
Himawari's reasoning for pointing at Maya and Ami is far different. Our Akira is not the Akira of Maya's wish world. He's an outsider, maybe the Akira that Maya made the wish for.
And Himawari, for obvious reasons, wants him to escape (because he's not from there in the first place). Ami wants him to stay (for whatever reason - since it's unclear if she even distinguishes between Akiras), and Maya Prime wants him to stay because he's (possibly) the actual Akira that also should never have been there, but is the one she wishes to be.
In this sense, both of them are adversaries to the goal of getting Himawari's Akira out of there, yes. The gods/company could care less.
Well, there is (at least) one problem with Himawari's goals that doesn't seem to make much sense.
Apparently, Akira and Ayane will be sent back to where they are meant to be, if the world gets cleansed:
So, if Himawari isn't the reason the world is falling apart, then simply doing nothing should get her what she wants. However, she clearly feels the need to interfere.
This suggests that her actual goal is different. Presumably, she just wants to create a world where Ayane and Akira create her and live happily ever after. (Nothing and no one else matters)
To accomplish something even remotely like this, she seems to believe that Maya cannot exist:
Because with Maya around, it would be extremely unlikely for Akira to end up with Ayane. (Frankly, I don't see why he'd end up with Ayane if Maya doesn't exist either, but Himawari is optimistic...)
There's also how Maya may exist where Akira is meant to be:
Which isn't something that Himawari wants to be true for obvious reasons.
But to get rid of Maya would probably require stopping Ami, who is more or less safeguarding Maya's wish and this world. So, while they want nothing to do with Himawari or gods, Himawari needs to get rid of them to get what she wants.
There's also seemingly another and potentially way bigger problem...
Where Akira, and possibly whoever else, is meant to be, may no longer even exist. Terminal 22, which Nao-chan claims is Akira's home:
Is apparently just straight up gone, according to Yasu's implications:
This might explain why Himawari is unable to find out where Akira (and Ayane) belong. It could be because it's simply gone.
In that case then Himawari's plans are screwed and if this world, presumably Terminal 23, collapses or gets cleansed then everyone within it may be screwed. Or at least homeless, assuming they don't end up in a world like The Pareidolia Mall or in Himawari's wish-world, etc.
