Forgot to add the artists cause I'm a dumb dumb - you can find all of them and more at the .
No.1 is the standout for me, Maya would break physics just to dodge that one...
No.2 sure she gets boobs but... they're not much, like her mom she's at best a B cup...
No.3 is perfect.

Okay, so, this is going to be a weird one… Assuming I didn’t miss anything similar among those 60000+ previous posts, I know that there have been that one meme of “femboy Sensei” (from a different game whose name I didn’t bother to write down nor remember) sometime in the past, as well as a few general “out there” theories proposing that Nozomu and/or Akira could have had some repressed gay inclinations as an explanation for some of their behavior, but did anyone ever try to take that line of thought even further?

But, fine. None of it is really all that damning and can technically be explained by some combination of Akira’s own personal hang-ups about stuff (which are always irrational and weird from an outside perspective) as well as him being a literal manchild (due to all of his past traumas), so Sensei reacting like an immature ten/eleven-year-old boy to anything that makes him to feel unmasculine is fairly expected and reasonable, as far as justifications go. However, here’s where we get to part two of my analysis, where things begin to quickly spiral into some truly wacky territory:

Now, is any of this conclusive? Not at all. But speaking as someone who is *very* into this stuff when it comes up in fiction, it does make me wonder. Which brings me to:

So. How insane am I for coming up with all of that?

The anime I mentioned is

I've definitely noticed some patterns of repressed trauma involving fear of emasculation, but deep down I kinda hope that it doesn't progress into a repressed sexuality. Not because I don't think I could like it per se, but rather I've seen it done countless times and it's rarely given any actual substance or effort. Nothing of value ever comes out of it and most of the time it just comes across as moral pandering for gay acceptance rather than an actual nuanced and pragmatic exploration of a closeted person's experience.

That being said, overcoming the insecurity of emasculation and learning to accept his feminine side could be a great character arc that I could definitely see myself appreciating

Is this from Sel? Or fan made?
Sel

but did anyone ever try to take that line of thought even further?
Biggest problem for it is it's freshly had fuel for the theory taken out of its pool. Ever since the monks there was discussion about how maybe Nozomu was possibly sexually abusing Akira too, all the talk about Spork, what a glutton he is, taking and taking and never giving. All the evidence was viewed with that kind of lens, but then 0.50 happened and Akira just exposited what Nozomu did instead, which was physical abuse but not him actually raping Akira. And then we've had nothing happen since. Sel needs to give a bone if he wants people to think about it again.

Song specifically? "Soba Ni Ite", not even close.

Or, wait, is he asking which song *outside* of Lessons in Love (and not "belonging in LiL's soundtrack") first comes to mind? If so, it's a much harder question.

I only quoted 3 of your collection.
I was a complete dumb dumb and hadn't opened your tag.
so it's likely that, if not for Saki, Nozomu and Sekai, Akira would have grew to become somewhat of a passive bottom. The overcorrection to being overly masculine and dominant is, if I were to venture a guess, just one of the aspects in which he tried to emulate his brother - someone who *was*, from what we know of him, a "true man" in a traditional sense.
Would he? I think it's the exact opposite.

What song LiL brings to mind?
. And if it's not a song from LiL... never thought about that to be honest. Will wait to see other people's answers.

“Ad Infinitum” is an event that still very much sticks out in my mind, purely for its weirdness factor and the amount of questions you’re left with by the end of it.

Little did we know back then that Sana would very much enjoy being used as a toy by everyone she met during that walk.

Also, what gives with Sana? I've just been ignoring her since she proved to be one of the worst human beings by what she did to Sara - but did something happen (that changed her as in the "Evil Ami takeover" theory)? Was she this monster since the beginning and just lacked incentive?

If it is a question of style, genre and sound, I would not know, but guess it would have to be a Japanese song.

If it's more about the message, lyrics and their tone, I think I'd bring up a song I already mentioned once some time last year, Ace of Hz by Ladytron.

In hindsight, to me it sounds like Pareidolia's (or maybe even HOPE's) theme song dedicated to Akira. In either case, making Akira destroy these aces of hearts (dark route) so he can be "free", even if against his will.

In relation to Akira's parents and their seemingly unknown fate (and also Sekai):

My guess would be that the timeline goes something like:

In regards to the rest of your post, though, I fully agree.
