If you’re asking about a comprehensive list of all character names written in kanji, then no such a thing currently doesn’t exist; only a selected few names are shown in the game (namely: Kadowaki, Watabe, Imai, Tojo, Nao, and Sekai based on lore implications).

What's even more cursed is if you type in Loli Rin in the request gallery, the first thing that pops up is wizard Rin blowing a 9ft Kermit the Frog. I can't look at Rika's picture and not see the things Kermit did to a young Rin.What's funny/cursed is that she brings in a photograph of wizard Rin, not knowing that will only make it worse

Not only that but some of the teasing/setups for stuff happening soon is maddening. The build ups for Uta, Touka, Rin and even Tsuneyo is getting bonkers.
Characters that knew him for a while likely knew his name and either just played along with his stupid game or were blocked out. But a lot of the girls were introduced to him as just "Sensei" and didn't learn his name till recently.
I don't want to say that anyone deserves to get cheated on, but honestly how does anyone date someone for months without learning their first name and not expect that.
Niki never asked Akira not to cheat on her with a harem of teenage girls, but she did specifically insist that he not fuck Noriko. So really he did exactly what she asked him to, what's there to be mad about?
Don't worry, Sel will return to blue balling us in the middle of a h-scene to rant about how the players playing this game are all coomers lol.

I have dated people for quite some time before they knew my first name. Not like I was trying to hide it, it just never came up. That was around a time when everyone called me by my surname (some even assumed that was my first name).
I think it has to do with having a proper relationship with people or not (like having enough conversations that it comes up). Most of Akira's relationships are just about very superficial stuff or sex - they all know he's Arakawa Sensei, it's not like he's keeping his identity completely hidden. So I sort of accept it because it wouldn't be that weird that someone would stop asking if he deflected the question, especially since he's so closed off and no one wants to kill their chances with him, or just don't care enough to ask.
someone explained that this was Wakana's surname before the rework. Likely just a reference for those that will get it.
