For a demo, this game isn't bad, especially if every path hinted were to be included.
The worldbuilding is classic for this type of game.
The characters are various and different.
The story is simple for now and is only lasting for a day so we can't really assess where it's gonna lead.
The art is correct. The parents models feels too young (and are the most beautiful from every characters so far).
There are several choices, meaning many interesting possibilities if you really add content to each path and not just display some choices for the sake of it. By the way, it's a good thing you left a message saying the content is ending whenever there's nothing further. Though there are some oddities due to that : for example, when you're with your girlfriend, if you choose "I don't like it", the game end while there are some events happening later in the evening. So be careful, just warn for the content in question but not end the game if there are some events after (the problem is also there if you don't want to masturbate to BBC). I'm aware that the choice could impact the later scenes but, since the choice isn't here yet, the scene that already exist should become the default choice.
The first choice is relatively clear (do you like seing your girlfriend with somebody else, which implies NTR), so the phone call in the evening shouldn't happen if you said no. There's another problem with this phone call : if you go directly to class or don't ask her about it, you shouldn't know Ariana and Tyrone have to met, and she shouldn't have to call you to clarify the situation.
There should be another path with Ariana and Tyrone outside cheating and NTR : that could be a threesome.
Concerning the incest path, it's amusing you've included the 2 possibilities since usually the focus is on the mother (and the father is only for gay games). If that's the case, you could include a third possibilities with mother and father (like "they're so hot, I would like to join them").
There doesn't seem to be a gay option outside incest, nor him wanting to cheat (why is it always the MC's companion that cheat and not the MC himself/herself?).
I can understand that the "class just went by", but since it's a porn game, it could be interesting to add a teacher (male or female) to broaden the possibilities, especially with adults.
The sex scene with the girlfriend : why only a blowjob? Foreplay isn't limited to blowjob. Plus, the lack of communication is clear enough to wonder why they aren't sharing their problems, like their thoughts are showing. There's another problem : what is it we are supposed to like or not in the end before going back home? I couldn't understand what it was about. Maybe I didn't read enough the scene. If so, I'm sorry but I would like to know what my choice is about.
There are still some mistakes in the texts, particularly the capital letter at the start of a sentence, so be careful.
I wasn't expecting to see real porn with Ren'Py so it's intriguing.
Overall, the promise the game is trying to share is interesting. Just some points to clarify to make it more logical and fluid.

Otherwise, the introduction of the father (they look alike ok but how? Physically, their personality or a mix of the 2?) and the discussion with the girlfriend (you're pretty ; no it's you who are more handsome...) are hard to get. Or maybe it's just me.

What a bullshit to give info in OP that ntr is avoidable and then after starting the game to find out that just only path with ntr is available in game and any other choice to avoid ntr will end up with game over, I just wasted my time to download and play this game.
