Pick you prefer/like her legs. IIRC it shouldn't matter wether you like the real her or the virtual one on the phone. This "fight" is a scripted loss for the brother, but afterwards it just continues

You have to see all the endings that lead to losing in the coliseum so that at the end, in the final fight you get a new option that leads you to the true ending.
