With regards to racism, I have to wonder if the fact that the worst crimes committed by US forces stationed in Okinawa can be disproportionally attributed to non-whites has anything to do with it? Combine this with the US and Japanese governments conspiring to cover them up and/or outright declining to prosecute and it not only did get the Jap populace seething but it might have also made those of darker complexions the poster children for any crimes committed by US servicemen. It wouldn’t surprise me. Assuming this took place, it would only amplify the animosity when African illegal immigrants showed up much later and reinforced the stereotype.

Use garbro to extract the data.xp3 and go to scenario folder you'll get some .ks files edit them and pack them back into.xp3 with garbro.

Sorry but you have to open patch.xp3 not data.xp3 with hashcrypt encryption.
