Not really. We have done some poses with feet in the player's face, but it's not been a focus.
The first "Chapter" of the game was made over 3 years ago, when Jamleng was just starting to experiment with Koikatsu Chara Studio. While the artwork and poses were "acceptable". Quite a few of them - buy our much more experienced view - no longer merit that classification. They had flaws which we wished to correct, so the game - when it is finished - looks consistent.
Specifically, the camera angles were either uninteresting or inconsistent, the lighting was dim or made everything look flat. The facial expressions, arm positions, and poses in general needed some tweaks. In addition, a lot of still images were replaced by animations, turning a still shot into a "living, breathing" character on screen. In a few instances, we needed to replace the background/room/environment they were in to match an updated one used in the later chapters.
The renders were not "BAD". They simply needed to be polished and improved.

"When starting out one has to learn a lot, the more you do something, the "better" or "accustomed" one gets.
Thinking back to my earlier days when I started on the game, I recall how I spent about 3 to 6 months building the original demo. Nearing the end of my planned demo, I looked at what I had made (two hours of gameplay) and realized just how much it sucked visually. So I actually remade all of the images; we're talking a couple of thousand, including animations. The remade renders felt great to me at the time.
In hindsight? Compared to what we're doing today? They sucked yet again.
Over the course of the past year, quite a few scenes had already gotten an update but since the next version is going to be the final one, all of them have to be on the quality we want them to be.
All the remakes are a massive improvement to the earlier outdated scenes. Think setups, more interactive, better quality, more interesting looking naughty stuff and so forth. This is a remarkable visual change to the game over the first chapter.
Now, we can basically take these modifications as far as we want to, but - as of now - all the oldest outdated scenes have been redone. "

First thing did after the tutorial was reading all of the hint pages for the girls until I stopped at one telling me to piss in the pool. I immediately went to the university and let it rip. After the dialogue, I tried it to see if I could pass time that way, but after 4 times, I was greeted with a hilarious cut scene. 10/10 would piss again

Progress any and every task preceding Day 64. Visit Emily in her room. The event should auto-trigger.
The pregnancy choice does not change much. It's more a player decision vs... Emily's wishes.

NTR is just a broader term. it is further divided into 3 variations and based on the variation, the theme changes
Netorare ( where someone steals your women and she loves it )
Netorase ( where someone steals your women and you love it lol ) - Japanese definition of being a cuck
Netori ( Where you steal someones women ) Neoraere in reverse

What about situations that feature other people having sex with someone that the MC isn't in a relationship with? I see posters who have a big problem with that, for whatever reason, and I can't really wrap my head around it. That doesn't really fit into any of those three categories usually listed.
For example, I had a discussion a while back where I asked if the MC and his best friend went out and met two women, brought them back to their shared apartment and had sex in the same room, would that be NTR, and people said yes.
Or even situations where a man other the MC is fucking his own wife or girlfriend, who the MC isn't also having sex with. Not only are scenes of that called NTR by some, but some guys don't even want to hear that any other man is even having sex, which just blows my mind.
I've even seen people complain that the character watching porn within the game is NTR. (pornception?)
Is there a better team for those kinds of things? They seem taboo when to me, they really shouldn't be.
NTR is avoidable.
NTR is exclusively on the dark path with choices marked:
- "Dark"
- "Sharing"
- "NTR"
If players do not wish to see it, it will not exist if you choose the alternate options. You can enjoy the game without any sharing.
If players want it all, it will be there for you to enjoy. Dark path has the option of not showing it either.
It's player choice and we leave that choice up to you.
It's on the level of every man in the 20th century being told that all wives must be virgins. Some religious ceremonies going as far as to have the bride-to-be checked by a specialist prior to the vows.
It makes no sense from a female POV, but from a misogynist perspective, it means no woman should even think about sex until her husband plucks her himself. IRL, that's just impossible, especially these days.
The debate is eternal. No one is right, no one is wrong.
If you love NTR, sharing, and cucking, go for it.
If you don't then avoid it.
The choice is clear and up to you.

I have never seen anyone saying that talking is NTR.
This seems like a hybrid between reduced to absurdity and strawman.
Oh man, I absolutely have. Like I said, I thought it was nuts. Its been in multiple game threads where someone was going off because a woman mentioned sex with an ex. Or funnier, a women who was cheating on her husband with the MC mentions that she had sex with her still married partner.
They absolutely cannot handle a world where any man other than their character has ever had sex, and every woman needs to act like an innocent virgin. Its so frustrating. There are a few games that I play where the dev has caved to their demands and that aspect is awful, but because everything else is great I just work past it.
