It's been quite a while since I've played through the earlier versions.
I enjoyed what I've seen so far, but the whole church story left me with a bad feeling even on the "good" path.
I know that's the point with the evil pharmacy, but when stories like Nani and the aunt can't progress without them getting drugged, it leaves me wondering if there is any goodness at all.

There's plenty of goodness in the game but it doesn't happen instantly. It also depends on the choices you make. Having said that, if you're not into any form of corruption at all then this game is probably not your thing, even though everyone has a happy(and not-so-happy) ending planned.
When MC meets his sister it's somewhat explained and can't be missed, also MC is a horndog so he's very happy to be banging his own sister, and everyone else for that matter. He changes and matures a lot over time though.
In any case, the game is massive and plenty will become clear the more you play. Lately, there have been some people that play a few hours which is less than 5% of the game, and then make up their minds about the whole story.

Really didn't like the camera perspective on that one.
It felt like a first person perspective of a girl getting a bukkake.
The perspective of being on your knees before the MC and looking up at his cock as he jerks off on your face. and then cums on the camera.
Pretty cool character development for chad. Very well done, really not what I expected from a christmas special.

Sorry if already asked, but is there a way for the mc to be in "love" path with one girl and corruption path with all the other ones?

No. During the neutral stage of the game you got some optional NTR
Then the game splits into a "dark path" and a "light path"
Light path: harem, pregnancy, warm feelings
Dark path: abuse, whoring, sadism, cuckoldry
I feel Nani was the introduction into a small taste of what the dark path will offer, I have yet to continue this game at the branch off section still torn on what to do as I kinda want parts of both not just one or the other but for Nani

I'm confused as well since I didn't add that tag. There is a mild gay joke in the early game that triggered someone and got then went wild about a gay tag, so I'm guessing it's thanks to him it got added by a mod that didn't check the game out. With like 400 scenes in the game all focused on girls, this game doesn't need the use of gay tag but feel free to correct me on that.
Then there's also an optional futa scene and I don't count that as gay either so I'm not sure what's up.
Sadly no because the workload is already heavy enough as it is. Good Paths are pregnancy filled and Dark paths are not.
The only exceptions are Lilly/Sarah/Sophia. Maybe later during development, we'll add more split paths for certain girls that are currently neutral.
I don't recall that ever happening, but early-game Nani stuff was made 2 years ago. If that's the case, send me a screenie and I'll change that. There is an optional bukake scene that doesn't involve cock sucking if that's the one you're referring to.
In any case, it's not a common theme at all because basically, you can always opt out of stuff that's not your thing.
Later on in the story, you can go way more vanilla or way more hardcore depending on your preferences.
If you're in doubt about the branch-off section, just check them both out because they're very different. I personally think it's fun to see the two different sides of the story.
I think you're probably right that early game Nani's story is a tad wilder than others girls. Her theme was supposed to be exhibitionism.

Didn't see a way to avoid any of it but it makes me think other girls in the game will have similar paths.
This is a small update that added a bunch of Christmas events. The mother of all updates will be up done within a few months. Having said that, I can't say for sure how far we are on completing the game but I can only say that we're working on it basically every day and that it's already huge.
Oops, I kinda forgot about those lines as they still stem from the first version and nobody ever mentioned it since then.

I can pretty much guarantee that's the only case in the whole game where that un-optionally happens. I'll alter it a bit for
the coming version. You're still in the very early game so things should get way more interesting the more you play including options on how things play out.
