Ok that's good to know. Thanks. Make me wonder why the walkthrough is needed, especially as that WT seems pretty detailed
LTA has a Character Task Guidebook in-game. Some players find it confusing. It has 4 pages, with a total of 24 character profiles. In essence, it works as an in-game walkthrough - if you browse through all 24 characters and notice how tasks have a "DAY" assigned to them. Proceeding through based on earliest "DAY", you can complete the game pretty easily.
To play through and see all the tasks, some events must precede other events, due to choices made or discussions that change relationships in little or even huge ways. Those changes impact a few other characters who are friends, relatives, or classmates of the characters who were involved in the events directly.
The game is not kinetic, but has a
causal series of storylines that will not make any sense if certain scenes are out of sequence.
Example: one of the main girls has a BFF who she facetimes with every single day... So when you encounter her BFF on her own after a choice was made, that BFF will already know all about it from the main girl telling her literally everything. That BFF may even mention it indirectly or make subtle hints that she knows.
There are about 30 events that will never appear in the Task Guidebook. These are random encounters or repeat events that play out in certain areas. They may even interrupt you when you think you're going somewhere to spend time with one of the love interests...

"Dark Path" is very clearly labeled in each CHOICE that may take characters down a corruption route. Each "Dark Path" choice also alters the MC personality a tiny bit. So eventually - in Chapter 2 and 3, MC becomes more cynical, more dominant when face to face with individual love interests. In public, he may still put on his old nonchalant "good guy" routine, but his thoughts and actions become progressively more misogynistic.
"NTR Path" is very clearly labeled on every choice where it allows any other man to have intimacy or sex with a love interest. Avoiding it is as simple as NOT choosing any choice marked as "Sharing" or "NTR". It's exclusive to the "Dark Path", with a couple of optional "Sharing" events early in Chapter 1.
"Good Path" is marked clearly or any other option not labeled "Dark" or "NTR". MC becomes more romantic, more caring, and lovers genuinely adore him for it.
"Neutral Path" is every choice not marked with any flag. Throughout all of Chapter 1 and most of Chapter 2, several characters will remain on the "Neutral Path", with a much slower buildup of romantic relationship.
"Mild" and "Wild" (and occasionally "Nymphomaniac") scenes are sex events with different dialogue, mostly the same visuals, but "Wild" may include extra stuff and "Nymphomaniac" just goes hard into the most profane possibilities.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you see the word "DAY" in LTA, it is not necessarily dawn-to-dusk precisely that day. For example, the Prologue is Day 1-12... then Chapter 1 starts on Day 12, after a 3-year time gap... Yet it's still "Day 12"... There are other events that show time progressing over multiple days, yet the game's "DAY" counter does not progress at all. It is simply a way for the game to define the EARLIEST any specific event can happen.
The most optimized game playthrough will end around "Day 345"... But if you count the actual time that has passed, from the Prologue Day 1 through the end of content? It's been 5-6 years. That's also (partially) why certain things - that normally would take 9 months - seem to accelerate. It may only show as 100 days in-game for that "9 month" event, but it's been much longer for the characters off-screen while MC is interacting with everyone else...

For completionists seeking to fully unlock the GALLERY... you need to play every "Good", "Dark", "NTR", "Neutral", "Mild", "Wild", "Nymphomaniac" event in the game. So if a handful (or 1) is greyed out, it may be a sex event variation or a choice made that skipped a scene.
