after you meet Tanya is always in the training room during the day and there is a event that triggers with Tanya when you go in the training room on the 24

The Rose one was an issue that has been solved, the other ones are kinda intentional or working as intended.
Having money in the red is not a bug as it's pretty normal to be broke.

In the last image, Emily is talking about her neighbors, Sophia and Lilly.

I'm with the same problem, i can't trigger the scene. I literally did every event in this game except Lily's.

I was pretty sure I fixed that but apparently something went wrong there. In any case, it's fixed now but not really worth the download unless you are a completionist. Also, thanks to Master of Puppets there will be a way better code for those locations coming up in 0.12.

All in a bit of messy release but within 48 hours, all the bugs were squashed so I can finally leave it alone.

I think he means that Sophia and Lilly are neighbours, not "practically" neighbours. But so very close neighbours for so long that they are practically family. Saying "we're practically neighbours" about your next-door neighbours is really weird.

Sophia is Emily's BFF. They're like cousins, almost. They have grown up together and are the same age.

Right. "They're like cousins, almost" = "We are practically family". Imagine him saying about Emily "We're practically family". Would fit fine on the non-incest path, wouldn't make any sense on the incest path where they are family. So when they are neighbours, saying "we are practically neighbours" makes no sense and it would be much better if he said they are practically family.

But I did not go to the lab before the boss showed up or I should say before having sex with her in the machine, that was 3 days after the boss showed up.
Rose is pregnant for several weeks, I bring Chloe 1 day before the boss shows up and that same day I brought her there was the same day they had sex.

So the timing is off for that pic and should have not been pregnant since there is no way she should show in 1 day.

1 day before boss shows up MC have sex with Chloe then bring her to the mansion.

That's a good find. I'll look into that. Usually, the lab can be opened on day 53 while The Boss arrives after day 68.

Having said that, the breeding lab is not a normal place. Those girls are optional and you only have a time frame of like 20 days to have sex with them. If you skip them they get inseminated. Talking to Doctor Charlotte explains all of that stuff.

Before that, there is a cafeteria scene where Rose is already showing a bump. Timeline wise with pregnancy stuff it doesn't any sense and wouldn't be possible either. I mean Nina gave birth in like 50 days time, Chloe in 30 days and Rose has been actually showing for like 10 in-game days but even though she's been pregnant for a while.

So yeah, although the game is set in our current time it's still a fantasy game so forgive me for not being hyper-realistic.

MC goes to Lisa for test, MC gets beat up by James and wakes up with Lisa fucking him and tells MC the test were negative.
That was in the late 60's to early 70's on the day but now at day 80 he is asking about the results.
Then it goes to see his mom after the rescue.
