Sure, though you could have the causation backwards on that one. Pregnancy is one of those things that has a tendency to show up specifically in endings (bad or good), but a lot of the people interested in it as a fetish aren't super into "Well, and then after you (were turned into a tamed slut/happily married/w/e) your (master/partner/etc.) impregnated you, the end", they want more than 3 lines of content for the thing they're looking for.
Like, I dunno, imagine if you were into straight sex, but 95% of the games that were tagged for straight sex were actually romantic dating sims where the character's had sex exactly once in the endings. After a while you'd probably start asking "Hey, is this another one of those mostly chaste dating sims, or is there more than a single scene of sexual content in this?" when you found a game tagged for it. I think this behavior makes sense.

Believe me when I say that the people who ask this question are just as tired of asking after having been blue balled a few too many times as you are of seeing it. No idea why the Pregnancy tag is the most frequent victim of this, but it is.
This site really needs an Impregnation tag or Pregnancy End Only tag. I thought one of those were in the works a few years ago, what ever happened to that anyways?
As far as I remember, this is only available to paid subscribers, and even that's not guaranteed. It will be available to everyone in 5.0, with the release planned for spring 2026.
I'm experiencing some annoying little bugs that are preventing me from progressing... like in the second area, after rescuing the demon, if I get sent back to the medical center, I get the cutscene again, but without her, and the screen freezes... or after a defeat scene.
I hit that bug too. Best to just not save after you rescue the demon girl. You hit X to return to the medical room after a defeat scene. AFAIK the game never tells you that and it is E or Z for other cases.

I also agree that this wouldn't be as much of a thing, if we had a more granular tagging/search system.
