To be fair, I mostly see those comments under games tagged "Pregnancy", they're less asking "Does it exist in the game?" they're asking "Hey, I see it says that this exists in this game, what form does it take?" as, if you're into some fetish or another, but are just going to end up disappointed if it's like "Oh, well, if you do this specific chain of events, it happens in one or two endings", it's better to know than spend your time hunting through the game looking for the thing you were told was in here, right?
