Both of these events seem to have been included in EP3 0.219 as a part of "Chapter 2" (10 Mama Rosa and 11 Street Lida folders) but don't think there's currently a way to see them, or is there?
Edit: Never mind, played it again and there seems to be no legit way to access these scenes and to a few pool scenes, they're probably meant to be used in another version.

I have played this game from the start. It's never been perfect, but it was playable. Then the sandbox element was added and playability was reduced. now, with this update, it's broken to an unplayable point. Can't meet with the nurse. Even reloading a save from after the red dress is obtained changes the dress back to her school work clothes where meeting the nurse has the same dialog as if she was wearing the red dress. Still can't meet the nurse.
Maybe it'll get fixed by the next update or not, but I'm passing on it for now.

Looks good, nice animations and moans. I hope sound controlling will be separated from music, also expect some quest log or in game walkthrough. Regarding animations, maybe some controls over poses? 
But in general, the game is worth waiting for new version

Hahaha!!! I saw this listed on one of the other porn game site earlier today & I am stunned & amazed this game is STILL going!!!
I supported Terebonkoff when he first started the game (can't believe it was 2016!!) but dropped it after a year or two...
I think I might download this and see what this new, new, new... version is like!!

I swear I clicked everywhere in that storage room and did not find light bulbs or books, then trying to get out of the school is a nightmare maze, why can’t he just put a quick map in the corner so you can quickly go through each area like most games do. Also those white drawers that he calms a box don’t open either and I don’t know Russian, so I was looking for a key for them didn’t know it’s a code order, but hey found the nurse after just walking around the streets after the dog rips your dress and you get a new one at Tony’s
