That's not the only bug. When you go to the restaurant there is a loop you get stuck in and can't get out of.

Just before that the restaurant manager speaks a few lines in Russian but I think it must be triggered by not completing some orders quick enough but as I can't speak or read Russian that guesswork on my part.
