Maybe because that are not many people who are willing to pay $45 a month to get the release first and none of them willing to give away their purchase right after paying. Just a theory.
this game has a very small number of subscribers because the dev asks for too much money for the tiers

in terms of NTR, i personally rate this game as the peak of the genre
