I would not say it has something to do with the colour of ones skin. More with the role of females in society and what you need to do if you are a "real" man. As we all know, gang-rape is a common thing in indian rural areas and you can get in jail or worse if you are a raped female that report this to the police.
Aren't kissing people in danger of serious legal punishment in Iran? For example (

I think there are a lot of stereotype playing here.
I can build a story where people in BBC UK raped hundred of kids (Jimmy Savile) or are well known pedophile (Huw Edwards) but clearly we cannot label all British people as child rapist.
Same apply for Indians (1.4 billion of people).
I have been in Iran and lot of middle East countries and the life style is pretty much like in Europe except more respectful and conservative way to live that it means you don't show publicly but you do it in private (like in Europe 30+ years ago)..

You can have amazing blowjobs and come on some beautiful Arabic girl face that might give you her ass to... As long as you don't brag on social media and you keep it private like it should be

Of course there is some stereotype involved.

But since having sex with a muslim girl while being non-muslim is sentenced with death by stoning in Iran, I would not dare to touch her.
