I corrected my previous post, the executable file is inside the LISC-0.11.0-pc folder.
As I said, the link is in the OP and is updated. The link takes you to a post and there you can find the links for the download. You have to install the Mod contents in the game folder.
If you can't find the executable file and the Mod is giving errors from what you have, I'm afraid you'll have to download the game again.

so actual mod on first page is actual mod for this version of the game, i mean for 0.11.0 ?

Yes. Mods always have to be compatible with the game version (unless otherwise specified).
If a Mod has a different version number than the game, it will not work and give errors.

Just click Start on the Main Menu. Right there you will have the option to change the MC's name if you want, and then you can start the game.
Do you have previous saves.? If you don't want to keep them you can delete them one by one in the Load gallery on the top right-hand corner of each one. There's a faster way to do this but I won't confuse you more. You could also Save over each one instead.

right, so reading the last few pages worth of comments, I'm assuming it's not really worth revisiting this one right now, aye? Last time I played was... uh... maybe 0.7 or so, it looks like it's been reworked but it's still a mess.

hmmm. There are a few cuckold characters in this vn but I would stop short of calling it Netori since none of them are truly unwilling participants. All three cuck characters definitely seem like they're into being the cuck. The scenes are pretty funny in general, imo. Does it make up a big part of the game though? Not overall, but maybe over the last couple updates, yeah.

So im stuck on "talk to sophie to learn about the necklace" but sophie is nowhere to be found, ive looked everywhere, cant progress unitl i talk to her, anyone know where she is? and apparently the scene where i was supposed to talk to Lauren, after the Camelia date didnt happen, it just went straight to me catching Iris masturbating and then me giving her the guitar. help please.
Looking at the last couple of pages of comments, it seems that the game is still a steaming hot mess after the rework. Guess I'll check back in a couple months to see if it's better.

can someone explain how this project have been developed until now because i really want to play it but i read about some issues in the plot and i don't want to start playing the game and find a messed up story that i can't understand...
i want to understand what happened after the rework and if it would be better to wait playing it until dev fixes the problems
especially for the animations, are there still any missing? and if not missing, are they consistent with the plot of the story?

You have two options..
1. Play the game and find out for yourself what the bugs are, the plot, etc. (like everyone else).. or
2. Peruse the 500 pages of the thread to find your answer..
