The incest patch is combined with the wt. It was one of the main reason I made the mod. To have incest with wt mod in it. There's no separate version. Sorry

I installed the incest patch and then the multimod patch and it broke the incest patch. How to make them both work?

I have the same problem and I think the only ones that can solve it are Lewd Patcher and/or LaikDing.
you can search among son of the liberty posts, he did this kind of stuff as usual.

No, that is why it says v0.8.1, the game was re-done so nothing from v0.8.1 and before works with the reworked version of the game.
