Are the animations so necessary for the first release of the update? In the past Moody did second release with animations.

I think animations are the biggest selling point of those games nowadays. I also prefer games with animation over those that don't have any. But I skip games where the animation looks like a 10fps game from psx era. In the case of LISC the animations are insane so I'm always looking forward to them.

LISC animations are some of the best of I've seen but the thing that sets them apart is that they are custom made done right. For me, I'd rather a game have no animations than those shitty daz pre-made animations that you see in 90% of the games with the "animated" tag. I'd also rather no animations than bad customs with bizarre, awkward, physically impossible movement... I'm looking at you STWA: Unbroken and City of Broken Dreamers

I've seen some dev's for really good VNs come out and say that they'd rather leave animations out until they learn how to do it right. That's something I can respect. There is a small handful of VNs with fantastic animations though, and LISC is one of them.

I agree 100%. Good renders in a game without animations > a game with animations in the quality you described. But luckily we get more devs that deliver a better quality in animations even if it takes them quite some while when they work alone. In the case of LISC I'm sure the new animations will be freaking awesome again. Definetly among my top 5 animation-wise.

Haha I like those games, but yeah, they have really bad animations. I feel the same with Leap of Faith. It's a heartwarming story, but oh boy, I would have preferred if Drifty didn't add animations for the lewd scenes.

I still remember when I saw Karen's scene for the first time and was amazed by it. And even though the Lauren and Iris scenes lack the variety that the Karen and Rose scenes had in episode 1, they are still pretty well done compared to other AVNs, and very few adult games can compare or surpass LISC animations.

I agree about the Animation,a big point for me why LISC is my favorite game on this site. For me it doesn't matter if the update comes without them and 1 week later a small update with the animation or we will wait 1 week more and get everything together because i always wait until the animation's are ready before i play the new update.

If you can and familiar with code, add this line code in screens.rpy file in quick menu section in that file:
Python:
textbutton _("Auto") action Preference("auto-forward", "toggle")
If you are not, use this screens.rpy file and copy and replace it in game folder.
P.S: I'm not checked it but i think it will work, test it and if not work tell me i check it and provide correct file.
the walkthrough mod is not working after i paste in game

So what do we have here on the plate? Moody wanted to meet his deadlines successfully few years ago. I wish him luck in such a difficult challenge)

I think the dev said he wants to do updates with multiple animations every 2 months but takes them weeks to test a less than 30 minutes long update. Good luck with that

is it me or the incest patch from the google drive link has plenty of flaws?
Sometimes MC refers to Lauren as Mom other times as Lauren seemingly at random

Hey everyone, just wanted to drop a quick update!
So, after Fenriz, I had reached out to another coder friend of mine, and when she initially said she wasn’t available, I decided to dive into the coding myself. But yesterday, I got a positive response from her! I was handling it fine, but I knew I’d need someone else on board down the line, so to keep things running smoothly with future updates, we’ve officially started working together as of yesterday. She’ll quickly get a solid grasp of the game’s structure in the next few days and then finish up the remaining tasks.
Things are going pretty well for me right now, and everything’s moving quickly. I just didn’t want to risk the flow I have going or my future plans. I’m excited to see how positively this will impact the project—we’ll all experience it in the next update!
To give you a concrete release date, I’m saying the game will be out no later than the 7th, but I’m aiming to launch it even earlier. That said, I don’t want to rush anything and end up with a buggy release, so I’m staying cautious. After all, some of us know all too well the trauma of broken releases, right?
Let me share a bit about the content:
+1000 scenes
30+ animations
10,000+ words of story
I’m also dropping a quick little preview for you all to enjoy in the meantime. Let’s call it a little snack!
