According to the Steam release this game is a great start as well so im not just saying shit. Unless every single steam version on the steamcharts is a free code lol

You are right about Steam but wrong about it not being an incest game. My point is that the incest is canon to the game, is not a mod, the patch is to re-enable such content that was censored, just like literally every other incest game out there that requires a patch. Or are they also not incest games just because they require a patch to disable censorship? That's illogical.
Just a heads-up for anybody playing in 4K. Delete presplash_background.png and presplash_foreground.png BEFORE applying this patch or the game won't start. I emphasize before because I still couldn't start the game after I applied the patch and then deleted the images. It only worked after I deleted and extrated the game again and then I pasted the patch files without the images. Unsure if starting the game first before applying the patch with the images prevents the issue.
