Sure you can but then delete the file, cause otherwise every game launch would lock all your scenes..
Can someone tell me if this version is new? The images and videos are the same as the previous version.

yea it's gal.rpy according to his mod.Looks like windows... you missed the persistent in the sync folder. so that's 3 deletes total.
btw my edit of his mod doesnt include the gu.rpy /gu.rpyc and allows you to unlock all, or unlock specific scenes or revert all unlocks. though yeah, if your playing patreon then uhh delete delete delete
Edit: Wait you deleted the gal.rpy? is it not gu.rpy/gu.rpyc?? maybe im tripping and mis remembering i dont play with unlocks either so idk i deleted tha shii right away

you mean gal.rpy? the one that includes like 3 dozen lines that look like this: $ persistent.gallery1lc = True
that's what's included in sweatydevil's mod, not gu.rpy. in any case, that was the first thing i tried, but after reloading the game and restarting, none of the gallery unlocked when i went through it

$ persistent.gallery1lc = True
That means that associated scene is unlocked in the gallery, changing = True to = False will lock that associated gallery scene...
Got blocked for containing malicious software when I pressed download. Havent seen anyone else mention this, so noone else has gotten this message?I'd like to preface by saying this is meant to be an appreciation update to SweatyDevil 's Mod. Not at all done in malice but as rather a token of thanks.
What started as quick modifications for myself like making the walkthrough dynamically togglable, then small punctuation/capitalization fixes to the patch.. Grew once I saw several people whine about wincest and was suckered into doing the if/else statements. Part of me wishes for that time back. Holy hell. I understand why SweatyDevil was like "nahh, I'm good."
All credit to SweatyDevil, without his mod I wouldn't have bothered. (Though, I likely woulda made a dirty patch for myself to avoid the cringeChloe "So you think it's normal, two friends having sex with each other?"

Anyways all power to SweatyDevil he can roll this in to his mod, adapt and change it to his liking or ignore it.
No intention on competing or anything, again just wanting to enhance user experience for all in the same way the game has been enhanced for me with his mod.
The renders in this game are spectacular and it be a shame for the crummy writing to get in the way of people being able to enjoy this game.
Hope people find the small changes decent.

Note2: I have yet to finish the game lol so if I've made mistakes by bad but I'll totally blame SD cause its based on his mod kekekeke. I kid lol. Just overwrite with sd's mod if in doubt he actively maintaining his mod good lad

yes, i did that, and then it's permanently locked. even when starting a new game, nothing will unlock. that's what i'm seeking help with. that's why i also mentioned deleting the persistent file in the save folders, which didn't help. sorry if i didn't make that clear enough in my initial post.

Honestly I'm not sure what you're doing because you mentioned deleteding gall.rpy but thats litterally the gallery code. gu.rpy and gu.rpyc is the mod gallery unlocker.
Also as I previously mentioned if you want to clear persistent on windows there is 3. You can view the same convo here it spans a few mesages which immediately follow if you're having issues

You might want to try clean re-install.
Delete the game, everything related to the game in renpy appdata. And when installing the game and mod again, delete the files that are unlocking the galery. For patreon version of the mod the unlocker is gal.rpy and gal.rpyc I think, and for steam version of the mod is gu.rpy and gu.rpyc. Only then launch the game.I think, I mentioned previously that you shouldn't be deleting the gal.rpy file, but I forget that this is the unlocker file name for the patreon version. I'm sorry for that.
i think you're talking about steam version, and i'm talking about patreon. that's why we're strugging to understand each other lol. in any case, appreciate your help, i'm gonna try for a clean reinstall as sweatydevil suggested

Glad you got it working. I'll be updating soon with some extra features will add more links then.
Some free roam yes, a coupel minigames which you can turn off. Its not heavy though so no midnight paradise but also not fake like just look left or right once.
Buzzheavier is free and I get speeds over 20mb/s on average for the duriation. Pixledrain usually 12mbs for the duration unless you start when you nearly done you alottment. Otherwise torrent it rpdl.net
