It should have already happened. Considering the dev has Mom throwing herself at MC. The only build up there can be between Mom and MC is banging. Instead MC will bang every women/girl in the game but Mom and then 5 years from now (if not abandoned) MC will finally bang Mom. My GOD MC caught Mom masturbating on his own bed thinking about him. I do agree with you. My above remark was about build up between Mom and MC. Not sure how it can happen when it is already at the point of exploding. At least for the Mom.

Was there a mutually exclusive route split with Chloe? It seems like I'm missing everything with her for some reason.

Like when Karen comes to talk about Ron's text and you can lie to her or tell the truth. After that scene, it goes to Lauren or Chloe. Mine goes to Lauren and moving boxes with that new girl instead of going on a date with Chloe. Did I just miss something on freeroam before? Or did I just do a corruption route with her and the dating stuff is for romance route?
